Pleasure For Life

For those not interested in too many bells and whistles (such as colors, tastes, etc), this is a comfortable condom which provides both protection and pleasure for both partners. They are reliable and mess-free, and buying the 12-pack makes good economic sense for the regular user who wants a consistently positive experience.

To be honest, I've never been all that picky about condoms. As long as they were new, and a name I recognized (such as Durex, Trojan or LifeStyles), and hadn't been sitting in the glove box of a car for over a month, then I would use them. However, the more I began to use different varieties, the more I discovered what was best for me and my partner.

When for instance, out of a pack of twelve, two would slip off during sex (and I would have to fetch it out), the risk ratio was too high in my opinion. Buying or using condoms which were cheaper, or on sale, was not worth the risk of pregnancy or disease. So after a great deal of experimentation, and keeping track of condom varieties (their tear rate, how many times they'd slip off, etc), I discovered Lifestyles ‘his 'n her pleasure’.

Even though Lifestyles are generally still on the low-end of the cost spectrum, they are very good condoms for both partnered and toy use.

I found that these condoms were comfortably lubricated, so that even if you did not have another source of lubrication on hand (rushed or out of reach, or suddenly - empty!), it was still slick enough to get started without the aid of extra lube. Even during the most vigorous sex, I found that these condoms were still comfortable and never felt rough or dry. This is nice for both partners involved, as the lubrication is both inside and on the outside of the condom. No unwanted friction, for either partner! However if you wish to use further lubrication then what is already provided, keep in mind that you should not use oil-based with this type of condom.

Also, because the lubrication DOES NOT include the ingredient Nonoxynol 9, you can use it for anal play as well. As Nonoxynol 9 damages the lining of the rectum, and should the condom ever break while you use it with Nonoxynol 9, you will be at a higher risk/more susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV). Plus, OW! It simply isn't a good idea for your overall health and bodily functions to wear down, damage or otherwise irritate the sensitive rectal lining!

Other then vaginal and anal play, these condoms are also good for use on toys. Again, because the lubrication is along both the inside and outside of the latex shell, the Lifestyle condom and endure even the most bulbous toy without breaking or tearing. Once more, the joys of non-friction!

And from a purely physical, geometrical view, the head/reservoir in the tip of the condom provides enough room for even the most enthusiastic and ample of ejaculate. This is lovely when you’re done, as there is no mess. It holds the cum without spilling back towards the base, and after being wrapped in a tissue, it is easily disposed into the waste bin. For those teenage boys (and girls) concerned with being discreet, the Lifestyles ‘his 'n her pleasure’ has no notable latex smell. It doesn't advertise itself, and no one will know you used it unless they go digging through your dirty tissues.

So after a great deal of testing out various condoms, I have found that Lifestyles has my repeat business for both; a high quality/comfortable product, and low/reasonable price.

Great review. I've never knew that about Nonoxynol 9, makes me glad that my Husband and I don't use condoms.

Nonoxynol 9 is mostly in lubricated condoms with spermicide, but can pop up elsewhere as well.

And though married as well, we like to use condoms for general hygine, mostly with anal play.

Thanks (again) for the information on Nonoxynol 9...we had no idea. We also use a pretty wide range of condoms so I'm now considering checking all the ingredients and finding a storage solution for separating them.

Any other tips on harmful ingredients in condoms?

    Thanks for the review!
