I would say Romeo is an amazing choice for anyone looking for an average-sized dildo, whether you’re a beginner, looking for a warm-up toy, or just don’t want a huge dildo like most of the ones you find on the market. Seriously, I wish sex toy companies as a whole would make more small/average size dildos. Not everyone wants a huge one!

This is also one of the most realistic dildos you can find of this size that doesn’t break the bank, so if you’re like me and prefer realism, then this is a solid choice!

The dual-density silicone on this guy makes it very gentle and squishy on the outside but still hard enough to feel plenty solid. I think it’s a pretty realistic experience, though I haven’t actually ever touched a dick before in my life, so one can’t say for sure.

I think this would also be excellent to use with a strap-on. The suction cup base is very wide, so it should stay very stable in a harness.

All in all, this is a good standard dildo for most uses!

The texture of the dual-density silicone startled me when I first touched it. I ended up dropping the thing on my bed. I wasn't expecting it to feel so realistic, but since it wasn't warm like skin, it kind of had an uncanny valley effect for a few minutes! I got used to it quickly, though.

This is my first dual-density dildo, and I probably won't ever be able to go back. It's just so much nicer to feel and experience than a single density one, not to mention significantly more realistic!

I've been referring to the "stuff" as silicone up until this point, but I think it's actually some sort of PCV/TPR hybrid. As is common with these materials in sex toys, they tend to be a bit "tacky" to the touch and attract dust and hair like nobody's business. This can be solved by dusting the toy with a coating of cornstarch (or "toy renewal powder", which is just cornstarch with different branding). The cornstarch takes away the shininess and makes the texture smoother and more realistic, and is completely body-safe. The major downside to toys that need this treatment is it's VERY time-consuming and can get a bit messy at times! So keep that in mind before purchasing TPR dildos.

The design of this guy is one of the best in terms of realism I can find of dildos this size that aren’t crazy expensive. The only one to beat it I’ve seen is the King Cock series, which I hesitate to buy since I’ve heard that they aren’t made out of very good material.

It’s not perfect, though. I’m EXTREMELY nit-picky when it comes to dildo design. I’m an erotic artist, so I have a very high standard when it comes to realistic dildos. The head on Romeo is a bit too rounded, and I wish the veins were more subtle and were more parallel to the shaft (veins don’t run perpendicular to the length of the shaft). But I’m still happy with the design of this guy; I’m just hard to please. I especially like that there’s some pinkness in the tip instead of just being a uniform flesh color. Having that blush effect is super important for me on light-colored dildos since it makes the difference between looking like a real dick and a wax figure vampire one.

I have no complaints about the function of this guy! The suction cup is pretty strong. There’s not much else to dildos that can go wrong in terms of performance, really!

As mentioned before, the best way to keep this guy clean and smooth is to use cornstarch. It’s sadly a little time-consuming.

Also, every TPR material is different, but some can start to melt when placed in contact with other TPR materials. Keep him away from any other toys that aren’t pure silicone, metal, or glass. I’m not quite sure how condoms would react to it, but latex should be fine. I would be cautious with latex-free condoms, though.

Only use this dildo with water or oil-based lubes. Silicone will damage the toy, which you REALLY don’t want to happen. Melting polymers aren’t what you want in your body!

The packaging of this toy is absolutely ridiculous. I guess it’s fairly standard for a lot of dildos, but I’ve only ever received dildos in simple boxes before. I laughed for a long time after opening my package!
