This toy does not have a “real skin” feel. In fact, it’s almost tacky to the touch. It is soft, yet just hard enough to slide in nicely. It’s too big for my wife’s comfort, so I can’t speak to the feeling of it for vaginal use. I personally put a condom (needs a large condom) on it for anal.
