Initially, I was only so-so about this product. But after giving it quite a decent amount of time since receiving it (2 years), I find myself more reliably going back to this. I think because it is so straightforward and doesn't have too many distracting bells and whistles. Just consistent performance. My primary down point is that this is much more buzzy than rumbly and can get a little loud at higher vibration levels. I find that type of noise bothersome, so I just stick to the lower levels. As for the material, it is smooth but a little firmer than I would have preferred. It is easy to clean, which is good because it can pick up bits of lint easily.
