This harness would be best used by a woman on either a man or a woman. I believe that an individual seeking out a first time harness would benefit from using this one. It's very simple to put on and take off as well as equipped with a soft harness panel. The straps aren't too scratchy or irritating. Because of the simplicity of this harness and the inability to change out ring sizes, I don't believe an advanced user would like this harness.

The material of the harness itself are not specified in the item description or in the packaging, however, it can be assumed that it is some kind of acrylic or nylon combination. Or probably some other material that I cannot identify. The sewn-in O-ring is made of Neoprene, which is a type of rubber.

The panel where the O-ring is, is very soft to the touch and doesn't seem to rub the wrong way against the skin. There is a mild smell to the harness when you first unpackage it. I believe it is related to the dye used to color the material. The straps are sturdy and not overly rough against the skin.

The straps of this harness seem to be well-made. However, the panel doesn't seem to have any kind of wear and tear protection on it. The straps will eventually wear the slits to the point of tearing. I see this harness breaking down after extended use. Possibly within the first year of regular use. The O-ring is compatible with most strap-on dildos of average or smaller size. It stretches a bit, but not enough to accommodate the bigger dildos.

The straps are adjustable for a decent range, but a person who has large thighs or large hips and waist may find that this harness is too small for them. I would suggest finding a harness that fits bigger hip and waist range. My hips are roughtly 45" wide.

You cannot remove the O-ring, so you would be limited to the size of dildos that would fit in the O-ring.

I am 5'3", weighing in around 170 pounds. I wear a size 14 in pants. This harness fits me rather well. The only qualm I really had with the fit was that the thigh straps rubbed on my lady bits a little too much for my liking. I believe this would fit up to a Women's size 16 well without straining the straps.

The panel of this harness is very soft and actually feels really great against my skin. The straps are easy to adjust. If you are smaller and find you have a lot of extra strap, you can cut them down and burn the edges to keep them from fraying. I only suggest doing this if you and your partner will not be sharing it or are around the same size.

This harness was only used in Missionary and Doggie Style and seemed to do really well. There was trial and error in tightening or loosening the straps as some positions needed more mobility than others.

For the most part, this held smaller dildos okay against the body, but heavier dildos drooped considerably from the weight and ultimately were too heavy to try to use with this harness.

There was minor chafing around the lady bits.

Its easiest to spot clean this harness, as throwing it in the washer could possibly tear it apart.
