Oooooooookay

If you want to strap on a variety of different sized cocks, a nice set of o-rings is a staple of your toy box. These rings will reliably anchor anything between 1.25" and 2" in a compatible harness. They are strong and flexible, but unfortunately porous.

O-rings are the unsung heros of strap-on sex. It's one of those little things that makes a hige difference, and people often overlook it when they're building up a collection of cocks and harnesses. You get one ring when you buy a harness, but nobody wants to unbox their brand new monster cock and realize that one ring (to rule them all... sorry, couldn't resist) won't do the job. In short, it pays to sweat the small stuff.

This set of black rubber rings from Sportsheets comes in a proportially sized plastic package that is not reusable for storage. There are four rings total in four different sizes: 2", 1.75", 1.5", and 1.25". This is a size range that will fit most harness compatible cocks on the market. There is a ring in this set that fits every cock in my collection so far.

In order to use these rings with a harness, you will need one designed for interchangable rings. I use these rings with the Aslan Jaguar and the Stormy Leather Terra Firma. With a thickness of about half a centimeter they fit easily into the snaps of each harness. They function very well, holding the cock in place securely. They aren't as hard as a metal O-ring, so they are less likely to dig in and damage a silicone cock (especially a VixSkin cock) and a bit more comfortable for the reciever as well. They will work with any lube you'd like.

Rubber is not the ideal material for O-rings. These O-rings should not be the last O-rings you ever buy. Don't get me wrong, they are super durable and I don't expect them to suddenly snap during use. It would be entirely possible to use them for years and years in blissful ignorance of one key factor: rubber is porous. These rings will inevitably come in contact with lots of bodily fluid and you can't exactly protect them with a condom. If you wish to use them with different partners, you can clean them with diluted bleach and/or leave one week in between use (most pathogens can't survive that long outside the body). For regular cleaning antibacterial soap will work. Do not boil these rings or stick them in the top rack of the dishwasher. They're great for using, abusing, and discarding. If you can't remember the last time you replaced your old rubber o-ring, then it's definitely time.

It is possible that these rings would work as cock rings, but I can't speak from experience on that one. In order for them to fit well enough to stay on without help, it seems like you'd either have to be an absolutely perfect fit or squeeze into a ring that is a bit too small. Each one is very much a set size with hardly any stretch or elasticity. If you are used to metal cock rings and want something a bit more flexible, these might work.

It would be very easy pack them along for travel. The entire set would fit very easily into a small pocket. They don't really attract lint, but keeping them in a plastic bag would be a good idea for the sake of hygiene. Their appearance doesn't scream "sex toy" unless the observer is familiar with cock rings.
Follow-up commentary
These rings are still functional, but I plan to replace them with silicone rings soon. They would be perfect if only I could boil them.

Good review! I didn't even know we sold O-Rings on EF--learn something new every day. Pity they're made of rubber, though; I wish more O-Rings were made of silicone.
