This harness unlike other is made of smooth soft neoprene, plastic adjusters and tightening straps. The straps are super extremely comfortable. It was a little confusing. My first time I wasn't sure I was doing it right. After reading the instructions it was so simple to put on and to maneuver. It worked extremely well!
