Throw Me A G-Spot Curve Baby!

Some dildos and vibrators have the amazing ability to surprise me with some unexpected g-spot loveliness. I wondered how a dildo specifically designed for g-spot stimulation would fare. The shape has a solid construction, but the material has just a tad too much give. This causes the dildo to bend and not be firm enough to really give my amazing g-spot simulations. While it was not the greatest, it did tickle my g-spot a fair amount. This dildo is gorgeous and is such a fair price, that it is worth it even if it does hit your g-spot perfectly. It's also a good size for pretty much anyone and can be used in a harness, so hopefully you can get over the berry smell!

Holy crap, this thing is smelly (probably gross tasting too-this isn't going anywhere near my mouth!)! Not only does it have the classic Doc Johnson berry smell, this dildo also smells of chemicals. Good thing I have a bunch of extra flavored and scented condoms that don't fit my partner! It is made of the new PVC with the Sil-A-Gel formula that is non-toxic infused with anti-bacterial properties, and is also latex and cadmium free (known to cause cancer). The Sil-A-Gel is incredibly silky and smooth with little to no drag. It almost feels like it has lubricant on it at all times. It isn't sticky (although likely will with time), but it does collect a lot of dust, lint, and hair. The construction is solid and pretty flexible. It also has a decent amount of give, which is kind of a down fall. This jelly material is porous and a condom needs to be used if sharing and not a bad idea to use even for solo play.

Normally when I buy a dildo or vibrator of this price, it ends up being really small. Not in this case! This is a very nice size and shape that is great for most women. The entire length is 7 1/2", but the insertable length is 6". In a recent poll on eden, most women said that this length was good for sexual satisfaction. What helps is that the girth isn't too bad either. It varies between 4"-4 1/2", this is because the shape thins out toward the base of the insertable portion. The top is of course bend at a 45 degree angle for the g-spot. The base is beautifully contoured and has a deep ridge for compatibility with o-ring harnesses.

The shape, color, and size make this dildo not discreet. Also since it reeks and catches a lot of lint, I don't recommend this for travel. You can smell the sweet chemicals scent from outside the package. It would likely taint any clothing you packed it with too. It is actually giving me a headache as I write this review!

The Radiant Gems G-spot dildo wasn't a radiant gem...but it wasn't a dud either. The give in the material makes the g-spot curve too soft to really hit the spot correctly. That isn't to say that it didn't still tease my g-spot. The dildo slid in and out nicely but the problem was that sometimes, things would slip and there was no way to indicate which way the curve was inside of me (that is how flexible it is). It was a great simple dildo that does arouse me but does not have the potential to finish me. The good thing about the flex and softness is that I can thrust this rigorously and not have to worry about painfully jabbing my cervix. It was very comfortable and I didn't have any discomfort at all.

Using this in a harness might be difficult if you don't have an o-ring that would fit tightly enough. Because this doesn't have a flared base, it will only work in some harnesses.

Since I use condoms with this, it is very easy to clean. Condoms are really easy to use too, since they "lock" right into the same ridge the o-ring would go in. I just remove the condom and throw it away. A quick rinse after that does the trick. If you are not using a condom, you will need to use a mild soap and warm water to clean the toy. Only use water based or silcione based lubricant with the Radiant Gem G-spot dildo. When storing, put it back in the case or a plastic bag. It cannot touch other toys, especially jelly ones, and will likely melt into them if it does come in contact.

The dildo comes in a snap to close plastic case that is slightly larger than the toy. I ended up cutting off the top 4 inches of it to make more room. There isn't much info on the package at all, but at least there aren't any naked girls on it!

I am giving the Radiant Gems G-spot dildo 3 stars. It is a great price, gorgeous color and shape. The material isn't horrible either, except for the sickening smell. The main downfall is the lack of firmness which is needed to really hit my g-spot properly. It still is a decent regular dildo though.
