I was so very much impressed with the Boy in blue dildo, but it took a while for me to feel that way. At first the length looked intimidating and I wasn't so sure I would like the texture...that changed but more on that later. This toy is best for manual thrusting or riding it with the suction cup on a flat surface like the bath/shower wall or even the closed toilet seat! I suppose men and women can use it for vaginal or anal pleasure. I found the size is too much like a real penis to use for anal but I am not very experienced in this way. I found the length to be perfect for me, which is about 6.5 to 7 inches I believe, and could fit inside me completely. This is my second dildo ever and I think it would have been great as a beginner or first timer too. I can use it with or without lube but with the lube makes entering easier; though once you get excited you won't worry about that so much! This is best suited for beginners to well seasoned dildo users. Occasions for this are a little TLC in the bath/shower or one on one time alone in bed! You could even use this with your partner and I hear it's strap on compatible though I won't be investigating this particular feature.

The smell of the Boy in blue is kind of plasticky and odd but I imagine it fades away fast with some cherry scented/flavored lube. Personally, I expected it as I had read previous reviews so I wasn't bothered. There wasn't much flavor or taste but the texture in my mouth was not very realistic to an actual penis. I wish the outside was more plushy and the inner core was the same. That way it would feel perfectly real in my mouth and vagina. The Boy in blue is firm just like a real hard penis but not quite as soft as real skin. Now, the flexibility is amazing! The curved penis is movable during thrusting, yet some how manages to stay in the position you want it once you find your fancy. I found I lost my mind after about two minutes of working it in me manually on my back which is how I usually use my dildos. All of a sudden the firmness, flexibility and veined texture were constantly caressing my g-spot and lips. Lube makes this better since the material is kind of slick to begin with and only slightly porous yet was sticking to my natural wetness, which was odd. So you have to be really wet to work it inside you and I didn't use lube the first time.

I love the design of the Boy in blue in the photos but the color in real life was a let down. The whole thing is one color: flesh toned. The photos online showed a darker flushed head and darker balls with a mixture of shades up the shaft. That was a huge turn on for me and when I saw mine wasn't like that I was kind of sad. However, the shape, size, curve and length of the dildo is amazing. Apart from the color this is a lovely dildo design. Don't be scared of the curve because it's basically self adjustable in my opinion. When I used the suction cup on the side of the tub, I just moved forward to get more g spot friction and back up to get less resistance. I reached climax in under fifteen minutes. This toy is not travel friendly though due to size and packaging. The dildo can't be wrapped in a blanket either otherwise the lint and fuzzies will get stuck to it.

I read the reviews that it needs just hand soap and water and occasional dousing in corn starch or baby powder. I haven't done the powder yet but I will once it starts to get tacky or break down so it can last a long time. Storage is not so subtle due to the size and package it comes in. Once again, you don't want lint sticking to it in your panty drawer. So I kept the original package but may switch to a sanitary Ziploc bag.

The suction cup works pretty well on toilet seat covers, bath tubs, shower wall tiles, glass doors, mirrors or some kitchen tables and marble counters. No, I didn't climb all over my house with it but I tested it out a bit to see how well it stuck. Anyway, I have wood floors and it does stick to wood but not as well as the tile. My only issue is if you use it doggy style on the side of the tub, your legs have nowhere to go. I got lucky and have glass dressers and drawers in my room, so I could comfortably stick my legs under the dresser and happily back into the Boy in blue while it was suctioned to the glass (note: Remove any decor or jewelry boxes off said dresser before getting too excited with Boy in blue or risk getting an avalanche of crap falling down as your thrusts get more intense).

Also, since I did not get the harness, I can't say much about that feature. However, riding it on the floor was great. The veined texture rubs your vagina perfectly and the control you have creates an amazingly customizable experience. I actually found myself forgetting this was not a real penis. Depending on the angle and how you hold the balls and suction cup, you can get mind blowing clitoris stimulation during thrusting. I also found the Boy in blue works great lying on my back, lifting my legs up and thrusting into myself that way. The size felt thicker in that position and it hit my g-spot with more friction. Plus, I could feel my own contracting, which was wildly erotic to feel that against the veiny texture. After the shenanigans, I did feel a bit tender in my upper uterus from using it so fast a few hours later, but it was a happy, satisfying kind of tenderness from a good night of you know what!
