Glow in the dark vibrating emperor - realistic vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by Waterfall

The Glow in the dark vibrating Emperor is a vibrating dildo by California Exotic. This dildo has a vibrator built in (right under the head) and glows in the dark! It is on the larger side so I would recommend this one for those who like larger toys and for users with experience. The balls and suction cup base work as a nice large flare to make this one safe for anal play (if you can handle the size).

This toy is made from "Better-than-real" which is also known as PVC. When you first take it out of the box it does have a pretty strong smell. it smells kind of like sweet rubber. I am not really sensitive to smells, but this one kind of lingers around and stays on your hands until you wash them. The smell decreases a bit after you wash it a few times, but it is still there. I didn't want to taste it because I don't want my mouth to taste the way it smells. Because this material is porous, condoms are recommended with all uses and you should wash it before and after use with anti bacterial soap (or a good toy cleaner) and warm water. A good thing about this material is that it can be used with water and silicone based lubricants.
PVC has some give to it, however because the vibrating mechanism is inside of this one, there is an area right beneath the head (a little less than 2 inches long) that is really firm. This takes away from the realism a little bit during use because you can feel the firmness.

With its average sized balls and phallic shape, the Emperor still looks very realistic even though it is that pale green color of most glow in the dark things. It has a realistic shaped head with a slight ridge and some veins on the shaft. These can be felt somewhat during use, but they were not uncomfortable. Under the balls there is a suction cup that keeps the toy suctioned to my wall or shower pretty well. The suction cup feels a bit flimsy, so I haven't tried pulling on it too much so it doesn't fall off.

The Emperor is a total of 8 inches long and 6 3/4 inches insertable. It has a good length for those who want something to fill them up length wise, but also doesn't get hard to hold if you decide not to insert most of it. This toy has a 1.75 inch diameter with a little over 6 inch circumference at the widest point, which seems to be where the vibrating mechanism is located. Some warm up is definitely needed before using this one as the firm portion of the toy feels pretty large. It was a bit painful to insert at first but then it got better. As I said before I don't recommend this one to beginners who haven't used any larger insertable toys. I also think it might be a lot to take anally and I know there is no way I could take this one any time soon.

What sets this Emperor apart from the other glow in the dark emperor is the fact that it vibrates. As I mentioned there is a vibrating mechanism located close to the head of the toy and the control pack comes out through the bottom of the base. It takes 2 AA batteries and is operated by a dial base. There are no designated levels of vibrations but there is a good variation in intensity. This one is pretty quiet because the vibrations are under the material. I was surprised that the vibrations were strong, especially when on the higher settings. They don't travel all the way down the shaft, but they are in a good spot for me because they are strongest right under the head (near my g-spot).

The Emperor is a nice dildo for times when I want something large that vibrates. The vibrations being located right under the head make this one great for my g-spot (even though there is no curve). The first time I inserted it, there was some pain from the firm portion but after taking it slow for a few moments I was able to speed up my thrusting with no problem. I find the vibrations to be fairly strong on the higher levels and I have no trouble finishing with this toy by itself.

I wasn't expecting to like this one very much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have been adding more large dildos to my collection and this is a nice addition.
