Softskins veined - realistic dildo by Cal Exotics - review by Sodom and Gomorrah

The lovely part about it is that it can be used in the shower or bath. The bad part is that it’s a porous material. It's magnificent for thrusting provided you use a good lube. This item can be part of your sexy toy collection. It reminded me of a large rubber circus peanut candy. It's not beautiful but it's not bad looking either.

The material for the Softskins Vein is rubber, which rates a 3 on Eden’s Material Safety Scale. The texture to the Softskins is very mild almost with a nice smooth to the touch feeling even though it says veined. That means the veins of this toy are not really defined at all. The smell of the toy is significant and it’s not even anything fruity. Please don’t try to smell it from up close. The product page states it's a porous material with exceptional wear-resistance and extremely long lifetime.

The toy is somewhat flexible without losing its firmness. The design reminded me of an orange circus peanut candy. It even feels just a tad squishy just like the candy too. I don’t think it’s that realistic looking with the somewhat orange coloring although the shape of it was nice. The sizes are circumference 4 ½”, diameter 1 ½”, insertable length 7”.

As far as performance goes, the toy is an average dong with more girth than the petites. It doesn’t do much in regard to g-spot stimulation, but it does well for thrusting. I would say this toy is simple to use.

The rubber on the Softskins Vein is a porous material. That being said I don’t recommend the sharing of this dong. To clean it you can use soap and water or toy cleaners before and after every use. If you feel the need to share the toy make sure to use condoms or toy covers. The product page states that you can make a rubber toy last longer and keep it cleaner by using a condom over it each use. As far as lubricants go, you can use any favorite lube you have in mind with this toy. It’s compatible with all water-based and silicone lubricants.

The plastic packaging as you can see in the picture is anything but discreet. I really don't care for naked pictures on items I receive. I have my own good luster why do I need to look at another. If the manufacturer is sending out pics on the packaging, why can't it be of a gorgeous man with a 6 pack?

I didn’t seem to enjoy the Softskins Vein toy as much as I would've liked. The smell did bother me some. I started out having somewhat of a hard time on insertion because I'm petite down there. Although it's not intended for g-spot stimulation, it helps to rock back and forth. It doesn’t come with any type of suction cup but I was able to do without. The toy will get the job done if you’re on a budget but it won’t provide fireworks like vibrators do.
