Use

The Ripplestick is a good candidate for use with a strap-on. It has a sturdy core, but the silicone nearer to the surface feels more pliable, or even gentle. This also means the texture, while certainly noticeable, is not too overwhelming. I wouldn't call it a beginner's toy, given its size, but it is comparably easier to insert due to its tapered head.

Material / Texture

This seems like a well designed toy. Its balance between strength and softness is impressive. It has no real scent or taste. The material & texture, I say, are intrinsically linked to what makes this dildo great.

Design / Shape / Size

My husband and I consider this a good toy to work up to in a night. It provides a full feeling and also works well for thrusting, if your honey is ready for it. I did try the toy vaginally before my husband got to enjoy it, and I admit I found it a bit much. My preference is to use it on him, lately with a condom (cleanup becomes almost nil), after working him up with smaller, less girthy toys. The Ripplestick can sometimes be too much, especially for heavy thrusting, so I may step down to a somewhat smaller toy after playing with it for a little while.

Performance

This is a very well made toy. No part of it has given us any trouble - the suction cup readily holds to smooth surfaces and also fits nicely in a regular strap-on harness.

Care and Maintenance

Being high-grade silicone, this toy is waterproof and easy to clean. (Cleaning methods include top rack of the dishwasher, hand-cleaning, and apparently, boiling.) We used it with a pre-condom or with HoJo water-based lubricant - it has performed admirably in both cases. I'm keeping it in a dresser drawer when not in use, but it also travels periodically in a leather bag.

Packaging

The Ripplestick involves minimal packaging. It came in a clear, plastic tube with a white, easily removable lid. No labels or signage was involved, but it's so obvious what it is, it doesn't matter.

    I have a question. In the Care and Maintenance section, what do you mean by "a pre-condom" in the following? "We used it with a pre-condom or with HoJo water-based lubricant - it has performed admirably in both cases." I am not familiar with that and wasn't sure when editing. However, I didn't want to delay your review publication, so I am asking here instead of waiting to hear from you before posting this. I have a feeling I am going to smack myself in the head with a "duh!" when I find out what you meant, but for now, I am lost. Thanks.
