Fairly, my first impression was that the toy seemed a bit on the smallish side. The thumb itself seemed to be not much larger than a Sharpie marker, with the remainder of the fist similarly on the smallish side. In looking at the toy design, it seemed to be a bit awkward looking as well.

On my first use, the thumb part was inserted easily enough during anal exploration. However, as with my first look at the item, it was a bit different as I reached the first finger. As you can see with the design, the first finger juts out from the thumb rather abruptly. The end result was it catching on the side as I pushed for insertion. A thicker thumb would likely have helped to mitigate this somewhat.

The vibration patterns, as usual for this type of item, work well enough. There are enough that everyone should be able to find their preferred setting.

After a day or so, I tried again, with somewhat similar results. As a teaser, this item should largely be first out of the box when playing around. The issues around the index finger would probably be most noticeable from those who are very tight.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I would say this one hits a 3 or 4 easily enough. As you can see on the image, most of the vibration is concentrated on the thickest part of the toy, with minimal secondary vibrations coming through the thumb and "wrist" of the toy.

As a teaser, you wouldn't really expect to orgasm from this toy, and to be honest, I didn't. This is just the warmup, as it were, and not really one to finish with. Given its size, mostly those who are just starting out, whether it is sex in general, or first timers to anal, would be the most likely to orgasm from this one.
