The Hard throb is pretty much a toy for anyone who wants some substance to their toy. It's definitely not for first timers, but anyone with a little bit of experience should give it a go. Rubber is silicone and water based lube friendly, but should always be used with a condom due to it's porous material. It's extremely wear-resistant, but using the condom will help make it last longer.
