Golden curved love wand is one of the most beautiful glass toys I've ever used or owned. When I read the details about the dildo, and in the description said it had 24K gold in it. I thought wow! This is definitely something I have to own. I also loved that it came in two different sizes, and each end had its own texture.

When I received the curved wand it came in quite a large box. I could not understand why before opening the box. Once I opened the box I saw why it came in such a large box. Once you open the box you see that the love wand comes in a plastic casing. The plastic casing that it comes in is not the normal case. It comes in a “book” type of plastic casing, but at the top, it has its own section for the booklet that comes with it. The curved wand also comes with its own storage pouch. The storage pouch is not the thickest but, it is thicker than the red pouch that comes with some of the glass dildos on EF. I was glad about that, but I wish it would have come with one of the thicker pouches I've seen with other glass toys. The booklet that comes with the curved wand has information and pictures of other glass dildos that are offered. You can use the casing as storage, but with the pouch I don't see the need for it.


The storage pouch that it comes with is a pink velvet type of pouch. It is a little larger than the actual toy, but has enough padding to keep your toy safe, and out of sight. The texture of the storage pouch is kind of rough. It almost makes me think of Velcro, but the inside is utterly smooth and soft. The pouch also has a real neat draw string. I'd say its made out of elastic and has a locking mechanism, so your toy can not slip out if you held the bag upside down.


The dildo itself is VERY beautiful, most beautiful dildo I've seen in a long time. The pictures on the product page does not do this dildo any justice. The curved wand is on the thinner side, but it does come in two different widths. One has a diameter of 1 inch, and the other has a diameter of 3/4th of an inch. The diameter of both may be too thin for some. If size matters most to you than this would not be the best dildo to go with, both ends are curved for g-spot stimulation.


The curved wand is Hypo-allergenic, Latex free, Non-porous, and Phthalates free to wash it you can use soap and water, or even place it into your dishwasher. You can do whichever you feel will get your toy the cleanest. You can use it in the bath or shower. You can also use it with any type of lube. I've actually dropped it about twice, once of those two times were on a hard kitchen floor. It did not even chip. Now, I'm not saying just to go home a throw it around, but mistakenly dropping I doubt you will break it.

The description said it has 24k gold in it. The gold is incorporated into the dildo by a process called Fuming. This is when the gold is blown into the glass, really you are getting gold particles. Not actual solid gold, either way you look at it your toy still has gold in it. Neither the gold nor the coloring will ever fade. So, if you are worried about it, you should not. You should always check your toy for cracking, or breakage before using it. You can use this toy anally, but preferably with a partner.

The curved wand is double ended and double textured. It being double ended is perfect for those who want to share it with a partner. One end of the curved wand has a swirled texture. The texture wraps around the dildo from half way through all the way to the end. The other texture is more of a nubbed texture that also starts from the beginning and continues to the opposite end, both textures meeting in the middle. The double texture makes it perfect for those who want nubs but not the swirled, and vice versa.


Storing and traveling with the curved wonder is extremely easy. The small size of the curved wand makes it small enough to fit it into your bag without any problems. You can place it into your top drawer, and it will not take up much space.

I loved the curved wand; I've used it about two- three times a week. I've had it for almost a month before I wrote a review. I waited so long because I did not like it at first. I thought the texture was too much, and it was kind of annoying. The third time tying it, I fell in love. I do not know why, it took me more than one try to enjoy it but, It did. The texture was an phenomenal addition, plus I loved being able to switch it up without having to grab a different toy. I'm not large on texture, but both ends of the curved wand made me happy. I did have a little trouble finding my g-sot with this dildo. It took some working at, but when I found it, I REALLY FOUND IT! This is also my very first Phallix toy and I'm extremely pleased.

The golden curved love wand has a significant place in my heart, but I've started using it less and less. It is not because I do not like it, but as I'm using more dildos. I'm finding myself needing thicker dildo's and this one just seems too thin. I still keep it around because I love it. I would love to get this one with a thicker girth.
