The Only by Doc Johnson is intended for G-Spot play, with its unique shape and the bulbous end. The Only is about six and a half inches long with an insertable length of six inches. It’s about one and one-fourth inches around. The Only is skinnier in the middle then at the top of the toy. The base is “O” ring compatible but is also just fine for hand held. This toy can be used for vaginal or anal play. The only is easy to clean, use soap and warm water or the top rack of the dish washer (without detergent). This toy is also latex free!!

In my most honest opinion it didn't work well for my g-spot, but it is a good dildo to have. If you are looking for a true g-spot hitter I’d suggest something with a wider bulb on it. I used this toy without a clit teaser to start with, but I found that I liked it better with clitoral stimulation.
When I was asked to do this review, by EdenFantasys, I was very excited because I had been looking at g-spot stimulators. Unfortunately my G spot was unimpressed, this isn't a reflection on the quality of the toy but further proof that not all G spots are equal!

The texture of this toy is smooth and becomes very slick with lubricants. This is a silicone toy so water based lubricants are perfectly fine. If you prefer silicone just spot test a small inconspicuous area with your usual brand before use!
The only warms quickly to body heat so you can hold it to warm it, or just let the vaginal/anal cavity warm it as you begin to play.
As always I suggest using a condom if you are planning on sharing your play things, and wash the toys often. The Only comes in a snap package and I suggest using the original package as storage, to keep lint and dust off of it. This toy is silicone so it attracts dust, lint, and hair so it needs to be rinsed before use as well as after. This toy may not be good to leave out, or travel with, it is somewhat lifelike so people will know it’s a naughty toy, unless you have a bag that isn't clear.

I still use this toy but it still doesn't quite hit the right spot. It is still a good dildo if that's all you want. I think I would still like it a whole lot better if it curved more but I'm sure if I look hard enough I will find one with enough curve.
