Small big stuff - dildo discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Pillowpants

I chose to review Small Big Stuff because I wanted to try a more compact dildo. As they increase in diameter, they seem to also increase in length - and while there is often a time and place for a long, thick dildo, a nice compact dildo has its place.

Upon opening it, the dildo does give off a typical plastic smell and even after washing it, I found it noticeable. This is explained by the fact that the dildo is made of sil-a-gel, which is a pvc material. The dildo is black (and relatively shiny!) and is ribbed at the top. It has a small base - it can stand on its own on a tabletop! Dimensions are 5" of insertable length and 6" overall. It is just over 1.5" in diameter. One note is that it is a fairly hefty -- the Eden Fantasys website indicates it is 1 pound which seems to be accurate.

This material is somewhat natural; I prefer realistic dildos in general - and while it has a couple of ribs on it, the dildo is, overall, fairly smooth. My husband and I used the dildo initially just by itself; given it's small size and base, it was easy for him to insert it and maneuver it in and out of my pussy. I could sense the ribbing as well.

While I generally prefer a thicker dildo (my favorite one is 1 7/8" in diameter), this felt pretty good. I think the small size makes it easy to move around and would be great for less experienced users. We also tried it in a chest harness - given it's thickness and flat base, it was an ideal size to use with it. The fact that it is short and compact meant I could get great penetration without being overwhelmed.

Cleaning is a breeze and can be done with mild soap and water, or my preference, Doc Johnson Toy Cleaner. A few sprays and the dildo is sanitized - this is especially nice for toys like this that can pick up lint easily. Note that air drying is probably best, as the sil-a-gel will pick up link if you wipe with a towel.
