Really a nice toy
It's really a beautiful toy, the first in my collection.
You will not need very strong muscles to hold it in, but it can hurt if you move and switch positions too fast.

I use this with my partner. It's kind of big for her (it's 3.5cm diameter and 19cm insertable length), but I personally love it. The vibration is really strong, but it's not too loud, and there are 10 different vibration modes.
It's pretty easy to hold it in even though it's a bit heavy. The receiver can stay on top, so it's really easy to control and not let it slip out.
It can be used as a solo toy using the small part as clitoral stimulation.
The color is gorgeous and different. It's not too REAL but not even high design.
