The Natural Dong With Balls (NDB) is a fine dildo in most respects. As the taller brother of Thick Dong With Balls, it too is fairly large with a girth of 2 inches (though advertised as 2 1/8th inches) but sports an impressive insertable length of about 10 1/4th inches. Once you get past the head, the shaft begins to get a bit thicker reaching the toys maximum width, and then tapers down to just less than 2 inches. So once you can clear the “hump” you're good to go.

As far as your basic dildo goes NDB fairs pretty well. It is firm but flexible, making it easier to take the whole thing should you be so inclined. While there are some veins it’s relatively smooth along the shaft so don’t expect much extra stimulation. Unfortunately the base leaves much to be desired. With the length and weight of the toy it is impossible for NDB to stand upright for any length of time. This seems like a major design flaw to me as it can make use/storage somewhat troublesome.

Something of a side note… quite honestly, I hate the looks of this toy. The head is bubblegum pink and the shaft very pale. I suppose this may appeal to some people but it’s definitely a turn off for me. The appearance of the ballsy base does very little for me as well, maybe I just enjoy exaggerated features.

Natural Dong With Balls is made of rubber, a porous material that can easily absorb bacteria and collect dust. So besides just washing before and after each use, please use a condom to prolong the life of this toy and to protect yourself. As with all rubber toys feel free to use either a water based or silicone lube with NDB.
