Swell is a basic, no frills, totally straightforward G-spot dildo.

If you're looking for an excellent waterproof, fully submergible toy, you're in luck. Because of its lack of bells and whistles (no mechanical parts), this dildo is perfectly suited for bath time or shower play.

This toy is intended for vaginal penetration. It has a nice curve to it that hits my G-spot in a really great way.

Swell is fun with a partner, or for solo play. It is a fairly flexible toy and quite compact, so even a careless partner is not likely to hurt you with it.

For anal play or use with a harness, you'll have to look elsewhere. This toy doesn't have a flared base.

If you have thin walls, roommates, or want to get off in a sneaky way, this is a trusty toy for the job. No buzzing involved!

Swell is made from a high grade silicone. It is flexible and has a little bit of give. I found that it was still firm enough to apply just the right amount of pressure. The finish has a nice matte velvety feel to it.
The basic black feels minimalistic and simple while also being sexy and a little naughty.

In a lot of ways, this toy is quite tidy; it can be easily sterilized, it is non-porous and hypoallergenic. Totally body safe.

On the other hand, it picks up everything. From the first time I washed Swell it was a supreme lint magnet! It would actually draw lint to it via static charge. There's nothing less sexy than cat hair on a dildo.
That said, any soft silicone toy is going to draw lint like this. C'est la vie. Just be sure to give it a quick rinse before each use.

Unfortunately, this toy does have a noticeable seam. It is visible, and I can feel it with my finger. Luckily, it isn't offensive enough to be felt internally while in use.

This toy is compact, but still has enough to it to get the job done.

It has a large bulge near the middle with a 4.5 inch diameter for some prime G-spot stimulation. The shaft is about 3.5 to 4 inches in diameter.

The head is nicely rounded, while the handle end is almost squared with slight ridges on the edges, seemingly for ease of handling.

Swell's description calls it a 7 inch toy with an insertable length of 6 inches. If the toy is being inserted that far, an inch of handle is not much to maneuver with. I've personally found that I prefer shallower penetration with Swell. That leaves me with more handle, more control of the toy and also more G-spot action.

While clearly phallic in shape, Swell is a fairly discreet toy. It won't start vibrating in your suitcase, which is always a plus for travel. It isn't offensively vulgar looking. Just a simple black rod.

With something so simple, it's hard to go wrong. In my experience this toy does its job and it does it well.
Swell is a great compact G-spot dildo, but it honestly does nothing more than that.
If you're looking for a more varied experience out if a toy, Swell is likely not for you.

Silicone is great in all regards. It is non-porous and can be fully sanitized.
If you are sharing this toy or end up using it anally, I recommend boiling the toy for three minutes or soaking it in a 10% bleach solution to kill any potential germs.
For a personal toy that is only being used vaginally, a simple soap and water wash will usually suffice.

Because of the lint-trap nature of this dildo, a quick rinse before use may also be a good plan.

While there is a multitude of conflicting information about silicone toys and lube, it is generally recommended that only water based lubricant should be used.

This super simple dildo had no packaging to speak of. I received it wrapped in an unmarked clear plastic bag. There was no manual included, but honestly, none was necessary.
