Glass G-spot shaft discontinued

The Pacifier

Toy Joy’s Crystal Pacifier is another beautiful offering in their line of glass toys. It has a colored spiral ridge that circles the length of the shaft and ends just before the pointed tip that is intended for g-spot and/or prostate stimulation. One should be careful when using it anally as the ring handle isn’t much bigger than the shaft, but a cautious anal player should have no problem. The Crystal Pacifier is a good, inexpensive way for a beginner to enter the world of glass toys.

extremely useful review
The Crystal Pacifier is a glass g-spot dildo with a spiral ridge running the length of the shaft. The shaft is of a relatively small diameter and the tip is even smaller. This means that it is very easy to insert and would make a decent toy for some one new to glass toys. The low price also makes it easier for a first time glass toy purchaser.

Glass toys have a number of great attributes: They are almost always visually appealing. The Crystal Pacifier fills this role. As I look closely, the color on the spiral ridge seems to be applied on the surface, so I am not sure if it will come off over long term use or not. Glass toys are also easy to care for and even can be sterilized so they are safer to share than some toys made from other materials. Sterilization methods include boiling for several minutes, dishwasher (top rack, no soap), and wiping with 10% bleach solution followed by a rinse. All lubes are fine to use with glass. Glass toys are very firm. This may make them ideal for some applications, but not as suitable for others. The place that stiffness can be great is in g-spot and prostate stimulation and this is where glass toys can shine (or sparkle, as the case may be).

The Crystal Pacifier’s glass g-spot shaft is subtly curved and has a moderately small tip; this may not be effective in giving strong stimulation to a female user’s g-spot. Sometimes a more defined curve and/or a wider tip work better. Anally, one should be very careful with this toy because the size difference between the shaft and the handle is slight, so it is possible that the handle will unintentionally slip inside. Although the design of this toy is not necessarily intended for prostate stimulation; it can be used as such, though some may find varying success with this option. I think the handle is nice to have and makes it easy to move around, but it would be nice if it were a little larger.
Experience
I introduced the Crystal Pacifier to my female partner after she was already warmed up and ready to go, so no lubrication was necessary (another benefit of glass) but as I tried to manipulate the Crystal Pacifier to stimulate her g-spot it just didn’t seem to hit the right areas. I had to push the handle downward pretty far in order for it to hit her g-spot and then the tip of the Pacifier was making contact and mostly just poking her. I moved it in and out, trying to keep the angle up, but it just didn’t seem to place itself where she needed it to be. She tried to position it better on her own without much more success. Our greatest successes with g-spot stimulation have been in the form of toys that have a curve or a bend with a ball on the end as it gives more of an overall pressure to the area. She said she liked the feel of the spiral ridge, but the g-spot stimulation just wasn’t right.

Later I took the Crystal Pacifier and some silicone lube into the shower for a little prostate stimulation and self love. In no time at all I had the toy in as far as it needed to be to stimulate the prostate. It took some angling, but I could get it to press against my prostate and rocking it back and forth felt very good as well as some light thrusting. It was just a few minutes of stroking my cock with my other hand and I had a very pleasant orgasm. It isn’t the best prostate massage toy I have in my arsenal, but it isn’t bad.

The spirals on this toy seem like they would feel great. I figured that the tip was too small to stimulate the g spot - thanks for that info. Great review!

Yes, my partner and I both appreciate the swirls on this toy. They feel good while thrusting. Like you say, the g-spot usefulness of the toy is not quite what one might hope, but it still isn't bad for glass at that price. Thanks for the compliment.

How often do you use this toy now? Or, should I say, want to use it?
  • Contributor: Jimbo Jones
You're right, it is often more desire than it is actual usage because with that many kids, it's "catch as catch can" at this point. In all reality, this is a pretty basic rigid toy, I'm glad I have it in my toy box as an option, but it isn't something I reach for all that often. Maybe once a month, or so.

No problem, Betsey. Happy to be of service. Some might appreciate the g-spot stimulation more that my partner, but I figured I should point it out.
