This guy was my first ever dildo back in the day and was the only toy that I owned for several years. I think that Rockie's material coupled with its small-to-average size makes it the perfect dildo for a beginner looking for a little bit of extra sensation from all those ridges.

Rockie is made from super-smooth swirls of borosilicate glass, capped off on either end by a realistic-looking head and balls. Its material makes Rockie not only a high-quality toy, but also non-porous, body-safe, and compatible with all types of lube. I do find that the rigidity of the glass can make for some uncomfortable sensations when you get a little too rough with this guy, but that is rarely a problem as Rockie is fairly small in size.

Although Rockie is a little bit on the small side, the swirls running down the toy provide a great sensation when inserted, and I feel that if it were bigger, the swirls could be quite painful due to the toy's rigidity. Rockie is listed as a g-spot dildo, and while it does have a slight curve to the shaft, I just didn't find that it gave me any earth-shattering g-spot pleasure. However, the curve of the toy does make it fit into me very comfortably, even though the material lacks flexibility. Originally, I really liked the size and shape of Rockie. However, the size has now become a bit small for what I like, and I find that I rarely use this toy anymore except for anal play. That being said, this would be an ideal toy for someone looking to graduate from a smaller anal toy, provided that it is covered with a condom and cleaned very well.

Rockie cleans up fairly nicely, as it is non-porous; however, be careful that you check between the ridges thoroughly. More than once, I have cleaned this toy only to take a closer look and realize that small areas between the ridges haven't come completely clean, so I typically like to use a toy cover or condom with this guy. Either way, as long as you break out the handy dandy sex-toy-cleaning toothbrush and give it a little scrub with some toy cleaner, you shouldn't have any problems. (Anybody else have one of those or is that just me?)

Overall, I like this toy, but I do think it is more suited to a beginner. It doesn't quite rock my world anymore, but I will definitely continue to use it for its versatility as an anal toy.
