A Truly Harmonious Clitoral Stimulator

If you like light vibrations and are looking for a good clitoral toy that is easy to care for, then the Harmony Yang is a good toy for you. The carrying case is convenient and discreet, and it would be worth buying this for the case alone if you travel a lot. The only problem is for those of you who like a lot of pressure, because the motor can't handle it.
- Discreet
- Waterproof
- Carrying Case
- Strong
- Loses vibrations when pressure is applied

The Harmony Yang by Doc Johnson is similar in shape to a miniature bowling pin. It's 3 3/4" long, with a 3 1/4" circumference around the widest part of the base, a 2 1/2" circumference around the middle and a 2 3/4" circumference at the top. The base itself is only about half an inch wide, which makes standing this on its end a little bit tricky. The bottom 3/4 twists off revealing a small plastic casing for the battery. This toy requires one AAA battery, which does not come with it. It is a white toy, and the case that comes with it is white as well.

Speaking of, my favorite part about this is the traveling case, and it is a shame that these are not available for individual purchase. It is 4" long with a 1 3/4" lid, and 4" in circumference. It is ideally suited to this bullet because there is a small piece of plastic in the lid that fits the rounded tip, making it so that the bullet can't shake around. If you removed this piece of plastic, it would be great for a variety of bullets in a similar size range.

When we used this, we found the button very easy to press. There are three settings, which are essentially low, medium and high speeds. None of them have patterns. This is a very buzzy vibrator, but if you press it into your skin, the vibrations are mostly lost. The vibrations are concentrated in the head and thin part of the shaft of the bullet, and don't really travel to the base very much, which is nice since then you can use it longer without it numbing your hand.

This arrived in a clear plastic box, which doesn't make it very discreet, but once it is inside its carrying case, no one would be able to tell what it is. There is a small yin yang on the outside of the traveling case, but nothing sexual. Doc Johnson makes a second toy, the Yin, which is essentially the same as this one in black. This is a really neat dynamic, but since we weren't in love with this toy, we did not pick up its match.

This toy is made of plastic, which makes it safe and easy to clean. Just use some mild soap and water, toy cleaner or an Eden Wipe. It can be used with any kind of lubricant. It can be partially inserted, but do not use it anally because even though the base is flared, it is not flared in a way that would make it safe for anal insertion. This toy is waterproof as long as you tighten the bottom.
We used this first for clitoral stimulation, and then tried it as an insertable toy. For clitoral stimulation, it worked well because she likes a light touch. We only had to have it on the lowest setting, because when it's not pressed into something, it's really strong for such a small bullet running on a single battery. It didn't matter that the vibrations were lost if I pressed hard, because there was no need to. As an insertable toy, it didn't work as well, though. The vibrations were too weak for me to really play with her, even on the highest speed and we quickly gave up on that and went back to teasing her clit. This toy would be nice if used in combination with something else.
Follow-up commentary
This is still holding up well after several uses, and the battery is going strong. The carrying case is definitely still our favorite part, since we really don't use it very frequently. It is nice how easy it is to clean and store.
