Ben wa balls can be used to increase sexual pleasure and to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. I have even read of people having anal sex with these in their vaginas for extra sensation and pleasure. ( I have not tried this) Also, do not use these anally. I think these are good for many women who are curious, although since they are smaller and if you don't already practice Kegels, they may fall out a little easier. These would be great for temperature play! If you are new to kegel balls, the suggested use is 15 minutes a day or twice daily for 15 minutes each and gradually work your way up to a longer period of time.

These are made of firm glass. They are hypoallergenic, phthalate-free, and latex-free. I personally love toys that are glass, so I was really excited to get these. They are very smooth and look very nice. They are a dark blue color that almost looks black.

The design seems normal for ben wa balls, they are round and small. They have about a 3-inch circumference and are about an inch long. I personally wish it came with a cradle so they would be really easy to pull right out, but all in all, this is a good set. They worked fine for me without the cradle, although it took me a while to try them out due to being completely nervous inserting them without a cradle as I have another set that's weighted with a cradle. The weight of these balls is 3 oz.

Overall this is a great set of ben wa balls. They are fun to use for a long period of time; although the first couple of times may feel a little awkward, they are easy to adapt to. I believe these do exactly what they are supposed to do. They have health benefits such as helping urinary incontinence due to strengthening pelvic muscles. They can also help with stronger orgasms. I love that these are glass also. My only complaint is the no cradle.

Since these are glass, they are super easy to clean. You can use soap and water, toy cleaner, 5% bleach solution, buildable, and even dishwasher safe. I'm not sure if I would put them in the dishwasher with how small these are, though! I like to clean these with soap and water before and after use. Since these are glass, they are compatible with any lubricant if you want to use lube.

These came in a brown discreet box in the mail. The balls came with a small red velvet bag to put them in with a space in the bag to keep them separated. These are extremely easy to store. They did not come with any instructions.

Well, it took me a little while to build up the courage to try these as I had an impression they would get lost. So I got these out with my husband, and he was more nervous than I was. I'm glad I finally gave these a shot. I have not used these for an orgasm or tried, but I do think after using them for a while, you could have an orgasm with these.
I personally use my fifty shades of grey kegel set more than these as the weights to them are heavier, and I feel like I can work my muscles better. These ones being glass will be fun doing temperature play with my husband, a good teasing session for me.
