Power G - g-spot vibrator discontinued by Cal Exotics - review by MamaDivine

The Power "G" is a g spot vibrator that I found to be somewhat awkward to use. The Power G is made of a TPR material, which is similar to a very stiff Jelly (in my opinion). One of my dislikes about this vibrator was that it was so stiff. The rounded tip that bends at a very sharp angle is made for reaching the G spot, but I felt as though it was a bit too sharp of a curve for me.

The Power G is 6 1/2 inches in length, with only about 3 3/4 of those inches being insertable. The Power G is rather "bulky" in my opinion. It is a thicker/girthier vibrator, which is nice for those of you that prefer this in a toy. At the base of the toy, there is a rather thick, stiff "nubby" type ring around the toy. This is for stimulation on the clitoris. I found the nubbies to be much too hard for my liking (then again, to each their own).

The Power G has a long cord that connects to the base of the toy. This cord is plugged into the wall. I like this feature because you don't have to worry about buying batteries and never have to worry about them dying on you in the midst of an orgasm! However, for those of you that don't like being tethered to a wall or have no outlet to make use of, this may be a problem. The Power G is powered by the dial base that twists for vibrations. It is rather bulky/large, which I found could have been a bit smaller to make for a little more "toy" rather than "operation".

The overall texture of the toy is smooth and "rubbery". Silicone and water based lubricants are recommended with this toy. Because this is an electric powered vibrator, it is NOT waterproof. Which was another downfall for me. I prefer all my toys have to have function and variety of use with them, and not being waterproof limits where I can go with it and how I use it. Again, to each their own.

Clean up is somewhat difficult because you will have to mind the nubby base that is on this toy. Making sure to clean in between each and every nubby may prove to be somewhat time consuming. This may not be an issue for most though. Because this is an electric toy and not waterproof too, you will have to also be careful when you clean it and make sure that you do not get any water or soap/spray into the electric outlet at the base of the toy. Again, somewhat of a pain.

I would say that the vibrations on this toy are pretty strong. If you're looking for a whopper to really get at that G Spot, this would definitely be the toy for you. The vibrations are mild to strong and because of the curve at the tip, you will definitely be able to work the G spot vigorously! I didn't like the stronger vibrations though, so my experience with this toy was somewhat less than exciting.

I also did notice a somewhat "medical" or chemical smell to the toy. Then again, depending on how you are using this, your nose is the last thing this toy will be near, so that is simply a personal preference issue.

Because of the base of this toy having a "stopper" or the ring that has the nubbies on it, this would also make a great anal toy. I have not tried this toy as such, so I cannot attest to the "effectiveness" of that function.

I can't really say much else about this toy, other than after using it a few times, it had to go. It just wasn't my "type" of toy and I have others that do the same job, only more effectively. Again, this is just a personal preference.
