Vibrating nipple clips sex toy review

These nipple clamps are light-weight, fairly powerful, and quiet. The plastic-coated alligator clips are easily adjustable. Unfortunately, the vibrations did nothing for me sexually beyond the stimulation provided by ordinary nipple clamps.

Because I enjoy nipple stimulation, I decided to try this set of vibrating nipple clamps. Within minutes of their arrival, I had the package open and began the seemingly intuitive process of inserting the N sized batteries that were provided. Simply unscrew the endcap, put the battery in, and replace the cap.

With some anticipation, I twisted the cap to on and... nothing. I took the battery out, turned it around, and reinserted it. After repeating several times, the first unit suddenly purred to life. The second clamp refused to work, however.

Thinking I had a bad battery, I switched the battery from the working unit without luck. I then put the good battery back in the first unit, and it wouldn’t work either. After about ten minutes of repeatedly taking the batteries out and replacing them the same way, both units eventually worked. The problem is that the batteries are considerably smaller in diameter than the inside of the receiving unit, so they fit loosely and are difficult to line up exactly with the electrical bits inside. But eventually, both units did vibrate as advertised. One unit was very noise and rattled annoyingly, but I discovered the adjustable screw on the business end was loose.

The packaging advertises these clamps as “hands free” and  “powerful, yet quiet,” which is accurate.  The vibrator seems relatively powerful for its small size and is fairly quiet, as I could not hear one through a closed door from a few feet away. The units are also described as “waterproof," which is supported by their survival of a 30-second visit to the bottom of a sink full of water while vibrating (after I tried them out).

The business ends of these alligator-style clamps are plastic-coated for comfort and include a small screw that makes the tension easily adjustable. Those who like a little more bite in their clamps can easily remove the plastic tips by pulling them off, though I did not test them that way.

Quality-wise, the construction is adequate but not exceptional given their price. I’m not sure whether one of these clamps would survive a fall and impact on a hard surface if it popped off and fell unexpectedly (as nipple clamps will, in my experience).

Because I did not want to risk dropping one to see what would happen, I decided to give them their first workout in bed while flat on my back. Although I am able to orgasm from nipple stimulation alone on occasion, I quickly discovered that the vibrating sensation of these clamps did nothing for me beyond the stimulation provided by the clamps themselves. The vibration was not ticklish or uncomfortable; it just didn’t provide any additional stimulation that moved me in any way.

Overall, I am neutral on this product. They did what they were advertised to do; it just didn’t do anything for me. Your mileage may vary, of course.
Follow-up commentary
I have had these for about 3 years now. I still use them once in a while, but without the vibration turned on. While they serve their purpose, these are not my favorite nipple clamps. Though these have been discontinued, similar products may be available.

Thanks for the review. Did they stay in place or come off easily. Just curious.
