I confess, I had a grudge against this toy before we ever made it to my bed. I pulled it out of it's packaging and put the batteries in (it came with two sets of batteries, which was a nice touch), and nothing happened. I took them out... yep... they were in the right way. And here's the weird thing, it would do a momentary buzz with the cap off!! But nada with the cap on. I pulled the batteries out and very gently pulled all the contacts up a bit. That did the trick and I finally got it going.

However, once I was comfortably in my bunk... it was just underpowered enough that without a lot of time and effort on my part it couldn't get the job done for me. It is a 3 vroom vibe and makes a very good warmup with 3 vigorous settings and is a nice nipple tease. This is going to be a great vibe for those who need the mid-range vroom.

I will get to its actual dimensions shortly, but this is a great size to drop in your makeup bag and go. And it's made out of a fairly sturdy plastic that will stand up to rattling around in a makeup bag or even a pocket. It could also be a good pin point vibe during sex. Due to its wee size, it is not a good choice to be used internally. It could easily get sucked in and disappear, causing a troubling visit to the ER or doctor's office.

This is a pink two-toned hard very shiny plastic. The vibrator portion is opaque pink while the twist off cap for the battery compartment is translucent pink. It has a push button activator on the bottom which feels like a rubber or silicone (the package doesn't specify that I can see-I will get to that shortly).

Being plastic it has a safety rating of 8, and is Food-grade material / Hypo-allergenic / Latex free / Phthalates free. HOWEVER, because the packaging doesn't specify what that push button is made of, I would only use water based lube to be safe.

Since this vibe is utterly smooth, it might be good for folks who are texture sensitive, however it is hard and unforgiving plastic.

The Mini-Blaster has a slightly bulbous top, yet has a bit of a narrow point that makes for pinpoint accuracy when applied to really sensitive areas. It then narrows in the middle and then widens back out almost flange-like. However this toy is so tiny and the flange does not protrude in any significant way, I would not at all insert this anally, and only insert it 1.5 inches vaginally (which does absolutely nothing for me).

Besides the color and the shiny pretty colored plastic, the other thing I did really like about this is its flat bottomed design. This is the first toy that own that I could stand upright on a flat surface. And I liked that the parts of the toy that were going to touch me or did touch me weren't touching any other surfaces.

This shiny little wonder, has one push button control in the base with three speed settings and then a fourth push of the button turns it off.

3. three vrooms, 3 bees (more buzzy)
4. turns it off

There is little increase in power between 2 and 3. More like a little boost rather than a step up in vroom volume.

It is waterproof and passed the cup of water test at highest setting test.

Nothing fancy, just simple and straight forward.

I did find that the rubber/silicone push button was easy to control and use when in play. There is a distinct difference in texture between the toy (shiny and slick hard plastic) and the button (rubbery and grippy feeling).

The vibes emanate most strongly in the tip and yet being so small the reverberations are felt in the shaft and bottom as well, just slightly less so.

I could have eventually climaxed with this on the highest setting, but it would have taken too long and I would have felt sore afterwards, which is not fun anymore for me. I do like to prolong my play, but only if I'm having a good time getting there. This would have required a lot of work and just wasn't fun for me.

You screw off the top and it requires 4 watch batteries. (8 batteries were included in the package, which was a really nice touch.) And there is a nice (secure) sized o-ring to keep the water out, of this water poof toy.

I DO think that this would be a really great toy for someone who doesn't need as strong a vibe as I do, and the design is just perfect for a sturdy take along in your purse or pocket.

I used soap and hot water on mine just because that pesky little button and packaging doesn't say what the compound is that it's made of. I suspect it is something silicone-ish by feeling it. This dubious content would also make me stick to water based lubes, as I would fear that a silicone lube might damage the button.

It is fully waterproof, so I dunked it and scrubbed it well.

As stated before, I did take on on a thorough dunking, and it did pass the waterproof test with flying colors.

As to storage, because it's hard plastic, I wouldn't hesitate to drop this into a drawer, purse, or pocket.

The Mini-Blaster came in a clear plastic clam-shell with a hole at the top to hang on a wall or rack display. It pulled apart easily, which was nice as it clicked together rather than being heat sealed. You can see the toy and the 8 batteries that come with it clearly.

The package also had a one sheet coated color printed paper insert that served as label and package design. It was colorful, but so hard to read and the colors bled to the point that most of it I can't read even with my strongest reading glasses on.

The paper, says mini-blaster, waterproof, push button activator and 3 speeds of exhilarating vibrating action and that it's made by California Exotic Novelties. There is a bar code, and about an inch worth of white type on a black background that I can't make out, except for the manufacturer's website url.

Just like the toy, the packaging is sturdy, practical and straight forward. I would not find it convenient for storage, as when you pop the clam shell open, if you aren't planning for it the batteries fly around everywhere.

Due to my need for more speed, this wasn't for me, BUT at this price point it is a really nice basic little workhorse of a vibe. It would make a nice, portable, or easily packed and travel worthy little vibe for a lot of other folks.

I do want to mention one more time, this is not a good choice for anal play as it is far too small and would very easily get lost in someone's anatomy. "Just say NO to embarrassing emergency room trips."

This was almost a good vibe for me, but just took too much work to "get there"... it wasn't fun for me. It will make a great little vibe for a lot of others though.
