Last summer I purchased the Doc Johnson Vivid Dreams vibrator as a gift to myself. After inspecting the package it was a lot larger than I had expected but learned quickly that the 6.5'' insert-able shaft made me crave it more than smaller vibrators. The diameter of the shaft makes it incredibly life-like.

My favorite feature would be the tip of the vibrator that curves outward, away from the ribbed shaft, giving it the perfect g-spot manipulation. The curved tip features four nubs that rattle through your body once the speed increases. The nubs can also be used to rub on the outer skin as the vibrator is pumped in and out of the body. The nubs are wonderful for a clitoral stimulator. The mid section of the ribbed shaft is empty inside that portion so that it can be bent a bit if you are placing it inside your body at different angles. The jelly material makes the shaft easily conform to different angles as well. My favorite angle would be taking this vibrator from behind, pressing it firmly against the outside of the vagina and teasing the clitoris with the head of the vibrator. The waterproof plastic is soft,jelly and easily washable. I was mostly surprised because there was no plastic smell!

Multiple-speeds are easily accessible by twisting the dial on the end. Vibrations at all speeds are a relatively low hum, enough to know something is going on under the covers but not loud enough to wake roommates. The vibrator only requires two AA batteries. I've noticed that my batteries last longer in this vibrator than in other ones I've purchased. The waterproof ring where the batteries are inserted makes a tight grip to close the battery compartment. This makes me feel more at ease when I rinse off my vibrator after I've played for a while.
