Delight Did Not Deliver

Smooth Delight is your basic, traditional vibrator with a uniquely shaped head. Because of this unique shape and slim size, you are able to use this vibrator for both pinpoint stimulation and vaginal insertion. I would not recommend that anyone use it for anal penetration, since it lacks a flared base, which keeps anal penetration safe. It's fairly small in size and certainly not intimidating in any way, which means this toy is a good choice for beginners. At first, beginners will enjoy this toy but will eventually upgrade to more sophisticated, better made vibrators. More experienced users should probably consider purchasing a better quality vibrator. Although, if you like hard plastic and you're not a fan of girthy toys, you might enjoy this toy. When I do use this vibrator, I mainly use it as my foreplay or pre-sex sex toy. Especially considering this is a vibrator that my boyfriend is capable of operating.

Smooth Delight is made of a firm, hard plastic that looks shiny and feels smooth. It doesn't collect lint or hair and there was no unpleasant smell or taste to this material, although, I always wash my toys before giving them a taste. This material is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex free and free of phthalates. It is also safe to use with both water based and silicone based lubricants but if your body is good at naturally producing its own lubricant, then this material is so smooth that using a lubricant with this toy is not really needed. There is no added texture to this material and it does not bend or give out, so it can be depended on for direct stimulation to the clitoris. When being inserted, once I got past the tapered, bulbed like tip, I experienced smooth, friction-less penetration.

I found the Smooth Delight to be quite unique in terms of design. The Smooth Delight is 6 1/2 inches long with an insertable length of 5 1/2 inches. It is very slim and only 3 1/2 inches in circumference at its widest point. Being someone who likes small vibrators, I actually liked that this toy was slim. The head on this vibrator has a small bulb like effect, with a tapered tip that was a little uncomfortable upon insertion and not all that great for a lot of in and out action. The tip is only 2 1/2 inches in circumference at its widest point and though it may be a little too small when it comes to inserting, it invites both women and couples to experience pinpoint stimulation. Also, because of the small size of the tip, I really wasn't able to feel any extra sensations once inserted and you're not able to find your g-spot.

Despite offering a total of 7 different vibration levels/patterns, the vibrations themselves were a bit too weak for me. The vibrations are felt mainly on the surface and the tip of the toy. It offers a very buzzy vibration that really isn't very powerful at all. It's battery operated and requires 2 AAA batteries. There is a button located on the base of the toy that powers on the vibrator and cycles through the 7 different vibration patterns.

3. High steady vibration
4. A low vibration that gradually gets higher
5. Short and quick pulsating vibrations
6. One long vibration followed by 4 short and quick vibrations

Smooth Delight is a toy that might wake up your lover or roommate. For me, loud vibrators often tend to interfere with my self stimulation excitement, and I am not able to focus on getting off. Although, if you're not concerned with the noise level or the fact that others might be able to hear you, then you will have nothing to worry about.

Even though this vibrator is not waterproof, it is still easy when it comes to cleaning and caring for your toy. When cleaning this toy, you can simply rinse it in warm water with a mild soap or your preferred toy cleaner. You can also wipe it down with a 10% bleach and 90% water solution, just make sure to be very careful to not get any water inside of the battery compartment area. This also means you cannot boil this toy or run in through the dishwasher.

Storing your toy will be just as easy as cleaning it, if not easier. It is safe to store with your other toys and since it doesn't collect hair or lint, it isn't necessary for you to store inside of a pouch.
