I really enjoy this kegel set so far! It comes with a cradle that has a retrieval cord. Also, it has 4 balls that are interchangeable weights. The weights are 15g, 25g, 35g and 55g. The white ball is the lightest, and it goes up by color; the darker is the heaviest. Black is the 55g. This is great for beginners and advanced users. This is my first set, and I think they are great, I've been using them for about a month now and have noticed stronger muscles. For beginners, don't use more than 15 minutes at a time. I'm at 20-30 minutes, and I have gone up in weights, I use right now the 25 and 35g. Kegels can help with a lot: toning muscles, better orgasms, helping after childbirth and can help with bladder control. I'm very glad I purchased this set.

The material is silicone, so only use with water-based lubricants! It does have an almost "new" smell to it. Also, the cradle is super easy to change the balls out, and the size isn't too big to be intimidating. Since it's silicone, it has a very smooth texture and is non-porous.

I really enjoy this design; it's super easy to interchange the balls for different challenging weights. Also, you could just use 1 ball instead if you'd like! There is 3 1/2" insertable length for intermediary users full length is 5 1/2". The circumference is 3 3/4", and the diameter is 1". Also, the set is very smooth, which I really enjoy!

So far, I think these are great! I've only been using them for a month and have noticed a difference and plan to keep using them at least 3-5 times a week. I think anyone who purchased this set would enjoy it!

I use water and soap to clean these. I take the balls out and wash them and then the cradle and dry everything before putting them back away! You could also use a toy cleaner on this.

This came in a small black 50 shades box and inside was a small red bag to store everything in, it also came with a little booklet with directions which I thought was great. Especially, for this being my first pair!
