I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and there the Elektra was in a clear plastic pouch on top of the brown paper. I was excited to see that it came with its own storage pouch in the package but there were no directions included anywhere in the package. Besides that little bit of disappointment, I adored this immediately. I'm not a fan of pink, but the bright pink of the Elektra had a more magenta hue than I expected from the picture.
It feels super silky to the touch and the shaft under the head is very flexible to shift with your body. I do like that the light changes depending on what is on. Blinking red if the toy is on and not in use, purple if the electro stimulus is on, red if the vibrator is being used, and purple and red if both are being used.

First use I decided against using the elctrostim part of the Elektra. I was a little nervous about trying electrostim and wanted to get an idea about the toy before trying out something I wasn't sure about.
I started out over my clothes to tease my clit before very quickly shedding my clothes. The Elektra on the lowest setting is pretty powerful, and it only gets better as you go along. I tested out all of the vibration patterns and loved all of them. I just couldn't choose a favorite. The sculpted head really does feel amazing on my nipples and clit. I also teased along my inner thighs and around my breasts and this toy was perfect for that. After getting nice and wet, I tested to see if I could get the head of the Elektra in without lube. The answer was yes. I was surprised because I typically need lube (use water based as the Elektra is silicone) but the way the head is designed made it easier for it to slip inside me. This was the first g-spot vibrator that I've been able to really get g-spot enjoyment out of. I loved being able to get both clit and inner pleasure from this toy.
It's also insanely quiet. My phone vibrates louder than the Elektra on the highest setting.

The Elektra truly kept up to its first impression. The silky texture and design continue to make it easy to slide inside unlike some toys that the first use I was able to use without lube and had to use lube every following time. The electrostim feels really good, but gets very intense very quickly. I have yet to be able to move past the first mode and even that I cannot keep on very long. But it makes playtime much more interesting to be able to alternate what function and form of pleasure I get. I absolutely love this toy for bedroom use and it is my favorite toy to use outside of the shower.
This toy makes it easy to both bring yourself to heights of pleasure (either by direct clit vibration or g-spot vibration and/or electrostim) or to tease yourself (or a partner) on a lower vibration setting.
Definitely make sure the Elektra is in before turning on the elctrostim.
The skinny neck of the toy is curved extremely well so this toy is easy to use solo for either clitorial or g-spot stimulation. I absolutely adore how easy it is to use.

The vibrations are easily felt in the head and the electro stim is felt in the metal on the sides of the head (only when there is a complete circuit with you touching both sides). The vibrations aren't felt very strongly through the shaft of the Elektra but they are slightly present.
The metal panels get a 2 because while the electrostim is very powerful, you can't do multiple level 3's.

I love starting by teasing myself on a low setting before going all out. I also have been able to edge myself with the Elektra which was absolutely amazing.
