These Graduated Orgasm Balls are intended to help you strengthen your kegels by having you clench your muscles around them. The total length is 11" and the insertable length is about 6". The balls graduate in size from 7/8" to 1" to the final ball being 1 1/2" diameter. There is a nylon cord running through all three balls to make sure they are securely attached and to help in removal.

The balls are made of hard, smooth plastic and each one has a seam where the two halves were joined after the weight was put into place. You are unable to feel the seam during use. The weights move slightly, however I am unable to feel them once the balls are properly inserted.

Insertion is best done with a bit of lubricant, I recommend a water based for cleanliness, and your fingers. I use the balls under the one being inserted for a bit of leverage and distance. When the final ball has been inserted, arrange the cord like you would a tampon string and start working out. These can be worn in total discretion while you go about your daily routine. Just do not forget them overnight, they can get a bit uncomfortable.

When it is time for removal, pull on the cord until the balls are no longer inserted. Wash them well in warm water and soap, rinse thoroughly and dry.
