The Screaming O Cooling Balm is advertised to be both a lip balm and a tingle balm for use all over the body. I use mine for my lips mostly; I didn’t get much sensation when it was used in other areas. As a lip balm it works great. There is no brush or applicator so you put it on with a finger. It is easily washed off with warm water. The ingredients in this balm make it good for use for those whom have more sensitive skin, due to many being natural.

The overall texture of the cooling balm is smooth and has an almost slick feeling when it is put on. The cooling balm is a white Chap Stick looking product, which goes on clear. It has a thin light feeling when it is being worn, but this also comes with a slight oily residue. It dries quickly and needs to be reapplied at a constant rate. The light feel of this makes it great for those who want a tingle without wearing thick lip gloss. The oily leftover from this product help to keep lips plump and fresh, without drying out.

The Screaming O Cooling Balm is a simple cooling balm similar to some of the mint flavored lip balms from Bath and Body Works. It has a light mint smell, and will actually feel tingly on the inside of your nose when directly inhaled. It has a slightly sweet scent along with the mint, but it’s almost unnoticeable. The smell is the first thing that fades when wearing this. I’m unsure if it is because you become adjusted to the scent or it just fades. There is no direct taste with the balm, and mostly taste of plain wax, so if you prefer tastes with products you may want to look elsewhere. Overall, the smell adds to the products appeal while the taste remains neutral not adding or taking away for me.

The Screaming O Balm works great as a basic lip balm, as for a tingling experience on genitals it’s not quite there. When used as a lip balm it creates a light tingling sensation as it cools the lips. The thinness of it prevents your lips from feeling heavy or sticky. It does need to be reapplied more often than I would like, but the tingle is worth reapplication. When being used for tingling on other areas besides lips it does take more in terms of the amount to get the job done. It gives a slight tingling but nothing compared to how it feels on the lips. But it does give a gentle cooling sensation that a beginner may find fascinating, but for the more advanced user I would recommend a stronger kind. Overall the cooling balm works great as a cool lip balm that even kids will find gentle enough to use, and adults will love the feeling.

When you first receive the Screaming O Cooling Balm it comes in a nice black and blue square box. Inside the box the lip balm holder is held in a plastic covering. The container that hold the balm is a small circular container. The container is similar to many types of lip gloss. It does have 'Screaming O' written across both the top and front of the canister, so it may be noticed if someone is looking closely at it. If you have children who are unable to read they will think it is just another lip balm.
