Little Dissapointed...

The Little Honey Grooved is a traditional vibrator designed for stimulating the clitoris. It has two speeds, which are controlled by a push button on the end and it is powered by one AA battery. It would make a nice unintimidating first toy but I wouldn't really recommend it for experienced toy users or anyone who likes more powerful toys. It is small and unintimidating, about 4 inches long and half an inch wide.
One of the best things about this toy is how discrete it is. It is quiet even on the high setting, and it is small enough to be easily concealed. It is also waterproof for fun in the shower or tub.

The Little Honey is made of a hard plastic with a sort smooth coating. It is textured with little grooves all over the shaft, which don't really add much stimulation. The toy is a little small to use for penetration, and the grooves are on the sides of the shaft and not the tip. Because it is made from plastic, it is a porous toy and isn't really sterilizable. It shouldn't be shared with anyone you don't share fluids with, and it should be cleaned with a gentle soap or toy cleaner after washing. Any lube can be used with it.

This vibe is a little longer and a little wider than my index finger. It's pretty small. As I said in the last section, it is covered with grooves but unless you are using it for penetration you won't really feel them. While the small size means it isn't much for penetration, it does make it easy to hide and easy to travel with. It is small enough to be slipped into a purse or even a cargo pocket.

The controls on this toy are very simple and can be operated with one hand. There is a simple push button on the end. Push once and you get the low setting, which is very low. At the lower setting it is nearly silent and puts out light, buzzy vibrations. Push again and you get the high speed. It is a little louder but the vibrations are more intense and are at a higher frequency. They are still kind of buzzy and they don't really penetrate very deep. Another push of the button turns the toy off.

After use, this toy should be washed with soap and water or a toy cleaner. It is waterproof, so as long as the battery compartment is tightly shut it can be cleaned under running water. It can't be boiled for sterilization, though. Once cleaned, it should be dried and stored. The battery should be removed when it is not in use to prolong the life of the toy.

The Little Honey came in a cute little box with a blue gingham pattern on it. It is definitely more tasteful than lots of sex toy packaging out there, with no nudity or sexual images. It could work as gift packaging if it was nicely wrapped.

I bought this toy with a very specific idea in mind. I had seen the vibrating bath sponge that is available on Eden and I liked the idea but the reviews were not very good, so I decided to make my own. I picked up a bath pouf that had a opening in the middle where it was secured together and I ordered this vibrator to place through the middle of it. It worked very well, but I am now looking for a better waterproof bullet to use with it. This one just isn't powerful enough for me. I find the vibrations to be too buzzy and too weak to get me off. It makes for a nice massaging bath sponge but it just isn't a very good sex toy for me. I never use it.
