I honestly believed that I was retired from sex toy reviewing. However, after EdenFantasys told me about the Splendor Luxury Rabbit Vibrator and asked if I wanted to review it, I jumped on the opportunity. Rabbit vibrators are a popular type of sex toy, where the shaft is inserted vaginally, and the clitoral attachment pushes against the clit. The clitoral stimulator features bunny ears which help the vibrations penetrate deeper, giving the toy family its signature name. While this toy can certainly be used externally to sensitize the skin, it’s the dual clit and pussy sensations that can really drive a person wild! I love using this toy under the covers while reading a smutty romance novel. However, since this toy is waterproof, it can also join you for a steamy soak in the tub. Wherever I am, once inserted, the full feeling of the shaft against my G-spot and the stimulation of my clit ramp up my arousal from 0 to 60 mph in seconds!

In comparison, I notice that Splendor’s shaft has a gel-like feel as if there were gel eye pads that you find at the spa hidden underneath the silicone. This gives the toy a luxurious feel. While the toy is certainly not realistic in color or shape, the give in the material feels more lifelike. I found that, when inserted, I could clench my vaginal muscles around the shaft, and it felt like a real, human penis!






Design / Shape / Size

I love the design of this toy! The gold handle accent catches the light, even in a candle-lit room. It contrasts nicely with the black, silky soft silicone body. The shaft of the toy widens and curves upwards at the tip, allowing for optimal G-spot stimulation. Perhaps it was because I haven’t had sex in a long time, but the toy made me feel stuffed in the best way possible, allowing the vibrations to consume me.

I love the rabbit ear clitoral stimulator as it actually looks like the cute head of a bunny! When inserted, the ears hit right above my clit. I can have a very sensitive clit, so I thought this placement was perfect. The shaft and clitoral stimulator are very flexible, so you can certainly move them around to find the best placement.






Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy has two motors, one in the shaft and one in the clitoral attachment. These motors are controlled by the two buttons on the handle, one for each vibrator. The motors operate independently, so you can choose which combination of vibrations works best for you! Both the vaginal and clitoral motors have seven vibration settings to choose from, which are listed below. A red indicator light will appear when the toy is on. To turn off, simply press and hold the button.

2 - Short bursts, ramping up in intensity
3 - Pattern of three medium pulses and two long pulses, high intensity
4 - Waves, low to high intensity
5 - Steady vibration, low intensity
6 - Steady vibration, medium intensity

When you first press the power button, the toy will turn on to the first vibration setting. I found that my favorite combination was the constant high vibration (7) in the shaft and the short pulses (1) in the clitoral attachment. The pulses felt like someone was tapping insistently on my clit, driving me wild! This toy remembers the last vibration setting used, so I can return to the same vibration combination right away!

Comparing the two motors, the clitoral vibrator does not seem as strong. It has more of a “buzzy” feel. That said, I still feel the combined vibrations throughout my entire pelvic area, so I don’t have any complaints about the strength of the vibrations!

The vibrations are about as loud as a cell phone, maybe a little quieter. When I turned on a fan in the room, the vibrations because indistinguishable from the dull hum of the fan!

While rare, I had no complaints about this toy. It will definitely be added to my frequently used sex toy bag!

Care and Maintenance

This toy is simple to care for. Since the toy is waterproof, I can wash it under warm water with antibacterial soap or a toy wipe. After washing the toy, make sure the toy is fully dry before storing it. The toy comes with a convenient bag, which is perfect for holding both the vibrator and the charging cable.

The charging cable has a USB connector on one end and a pin connector on the other. The pin connector slips into a concealed hole in the handle. Since there is a layer of silicone over this hole, it will not let water in while the cord is disconnected. The USB connector can plug into any USB port.






Packaging

This toy came in an adorable box that looked a lot like a thick storybook. I felt like this packaging added to the luxurious feel of the product like I was unwrapping something magical! No instructions were included, though no instructions were needed.
