The Liberte 3 is a fantastic and versatile vibe. It is excellent for vaginal stimulation, but can also be used for clitoral stimulation. I have also used it on my partner and he loves the vibrations on his balls and perineum. While it has no flared base and so is not really intended for anal use, we do use it anally on him. He loves it, however we have to be careful and keep a good hold on it. This vibrator is universally useful, working well as a vibe when turned on and working well as a probe when off.

The silicone seems to be of a fairly high quality. It is smooth to the touch, and has no smell, or taste. Overall, it is pretty smooth, though the upturned tip and ridges in the design do add to the stimulation. The tip in particular makes it lovely for G-spot stimulation.

Overall, I would have to say it's a very good design. The shape fits my body very well, however I can see how it may not be compatible with some people. For a beginner, the size is excellent and it is perfect for warming me up before other forms of penetration. People who like things a bit larger probably won't find this terribly satisfying. The Liberte 3 was my first vibe and still gets a lot of use. While it's not exactly explicit, it's not terribly discreet either. I am really not sure what it could be other than a sex toy. It is small and sturdy enough that it could be packed for travel, however if you do this, make sure to keep it away from linty things, or bring toy cleaner; it is silicone and so it will attract any and all particles possible.

My big complaint with the design is the lack of a proper handle. While the base can be held and used for play, it becomes impossible to control if any lube finds its way onto it and that is another reason is not recommended to use this toy anally.

This vibrator turns on via a button on the bottom, which can be operated with one finger. You click the button to scroll through each of the seven different patterns, then back to off. The vibrations seem to originate from the middle of the toy, however they travel well and can be felt along its entire length. I love the variety of patterns, however it would be even better if you didn't have to scroll through each of them to find the one you want. It is very quiet, so quiet that I have used it under a blanket with another person in the room and they had no idea until I told them! Despite how quiet it is, the vibrations vary from buzzy and light to stronger and satisfying. Neither my partner nor I have used it in water, so I cannot really comment on its performance. Based on its performance with water-based lube, I would guess it would get fairly slick, though the box does say it is waterproof.

It is a silicone toy, so make sure to only use water-based lube with it. Silicone does not get along with other silicone products, and silicone-based lube could ruin the toy. If you want to use condoms or toy covers on it, make sure they aren't lubricated. Cleaning it is very easy because it is nonporous. Any toy cleaner compatible with silicone toys will work. You can also wash it with mild soap and warm water, just be sure to wipe it off with a soft cloth. Don't use a paper towel or anything that will leave lint because it is silicone and anything that could possibly stick to it, will. If you want to sanitize it, you can wash it with a 10% bleach solution. Normally, silicone can be sanitized by boiling it for three minutes, or running it through the dishwasher on the top rack. However, don't boil or use the dishwasher on any silicone toy that contains a motor as the high heat will damage it! When washing it, make sure you remove the batteries and the end with the button probably shouldn't be submerged. I store it in the box it came in, however it is pretty flimsy and I am looking at better storage options. Do not store it touching any other toys, especially not silicone ones. You can store it in a toy box and putting it in a plastic, ziplock bag is probably a good idea. This will prevent any pet hair, dust and lint from finding it and will keep it safe from other silicone toys/lubes.

The package was a cardboard box with an image of the toy on the outside. It was in no way explicit and it had some information about the toy, as well as the manufacturer, California Exotics. There wasn't anything included in the way of instructions. I have been using the package as a storage box, but I am looking for an alternative way to store it. So, I would say it's good for short term storage, but not a great long term option.

Both my partner and I love this for stimulation inside and out! It is an excellent warm up toy for me and a complete experience for him. The Liberte 3 is so much fun to experiment with, I don't think I can even remember all the uses we have found.
