Loud but Effective

Vivid's swirl marble is best for clitoral stimulation. It can also be used for vaginal penetration under the right circumstances. Anal use is not recommended because it's very little and lacking a flared base, so it could easily get lost inside you or your partner. Remember to have extra batteries on hand for extended use.

It's made of hard plastic. It's smooth and super slippery with lubrication. The hard plastic definitely helps with transmitting some powerful vibrations, given its size. The rigidity can be uncomfortable, however, especially if you're more enthusiastic with penetration.

Swirly is a very basic design. It gently tapers to a rounded point. It is about the size of a wide tampon applicator, and can easily be tucked away. Size can be a major factor here, since Swirly is relatively small in length and girth.

If you're looking for a quiet toy, Swirly is not for you. This little bugger is very noisy, even under the covers! But noise aside, it gets the job done. The vibrations are centralized in the tip, which is why it's so great for clitoral play. It has three different speeds, but the highest setting is probably the best if you're looking for anything substantial. Speeds are controlled by a twist knob, but be careful that you're not twisting off the battery cap as well. Swirly will also blow through batteries like no other; but since it only requires one at a time, it works if you're on a tight toy budget.

Taking care of Swirly is super easy. Wipe it down with with a damp cloth to clean it and you're all set!

On a personal note, I had some trouble with the screw-top battery cap on mine. After a few months, it started chipping apart. I had to figure out a way to hold it in place, and I ended up taping it together. It became a frustrating hassle. After about a year, the screw top was so chipped that my Swirly stopped working--the cap would pop off when I turned it on, or it would be too loose to maintain contact with the battery.
