This is a lovely, discreet, little g-spot vibe that will bring pleasure to novices and experts alike. It can also be used to stimulate other sensitive areas of the body: clit, nipples, or use your imagination! I used her both on my clit and vaginally, and she felt wonderful in both places.

The Lia "G" Caress would also make a great travel companion. She is a little girl (but don't let her size fool you!) and would fit nicely in purse, backpack or overnight bag. She is also quiet enough that she probably can't be heard through a closed door - another point in her favor!

This toy is made of silicone. It had a light odor to it - nothing too overwhelming or invasive. Silicone is one of the safest materials for use in sex toys, rating a 10 on the Eden's safety scale. It is food-grade, hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous and phthalate free. It's very satiny, soft, smooth and flexible, which makes it ideal for use in an insertable toy. It inserted smoothly with minimal drag, even though I was too impatient to look for my wayward bottle of lube.

Lovely Lia is a little girl, which can be considered both an advantage or a detriment, depending on who you are asking. She is a typical shape for a g-spot vibe - a straight shaft with a curved end to concentrate vibrations. The Eden Fantasys product page states that she is 6 inches long, but I found her to be closer to 6.5 when I measured along the curve, as opposed to 6 inches if I just measured vertically from the highest point to the lowest. All but approximately 1.75 inches of that is insertable. Because she is so deliciously flexible, that extra half inch is definitely worth mentioning and considering.

She is approximately 3.5 inches in circumference, although due to the fact that she has several small, cascading "waves" designed into her shaft, she may feel slightly smaller depending on where you are on the shaft.

As mentioned in the previous section, Lia is a little girl. But please don't let her size fool you when it comes to how she performs!

Lia takes one AA battery, which is inserted or removed by twisting the cap off of the bottom, and she is operated by means of two buttons on the side of the bottom cap. The bottom of the two buttons powers the toy on or off, and the top button cycles through the different vibration patterns and strengths. Once you cycle past a certain setting, there is no way to cycle back down - you must either go through all of the cycles again, or power the toy off and start from the beginning. The buttons light up, which is convenient little extra that adds to the usefulness of this toy.

Lia has ten different patterns and they are listed on the enclosed instruction sheet as follows: Vibrate (high), vibrate (medium), vibrate (low), gradient burst, intermittent, surge, intra-surge, even step, roller coaster spurt, and pulsate. The vibration is a true buzz that can be felt down the entire length of the toy and by the hand holding it. At her strongest, little Lia weighed in at a healthy 3 vrooms and 2 bees, which should satisfy a wide range of users, but may be too weak when inserted if you are hoping to achieve really earth-shaking orgasms.

Care for this toy is nice and simple. As mentioned above, it is made of silicone and is therefore compatible with water-based lube. To make cleaning easier, you may wish to use a condom when inserting this toy. However, even if you do, you are still going to want to give it a good wipe-down with some warm soap and water, allowing it to fully air dry before storage.

PLEASE NOTE: While in the official product description it says that this toy is "Bleachable / Boilable / Dishwasher safe", please keep in mind that Lia is an ELECTRIC toy, and boiling her or putting her in the dishwasher is probably not a good idea. These instructions are probably referring to the fact that Lia is made of silicone, which can be cleaned in these ways, but is usually only used in the case of silicone toys with no electric parts (i.e. non-vibrating dildos or dongs). When bleaching, using a damp cloth with a bleach solution is probably the best way to go.

The packaging is pretty minimal. It consists of an plastic box that measures 7.5 inches long by 3 inches wide by 1.5 inches deep. Inside of the box is a plastic insert containing the vibe. The packaging is not discreet, as the box is clear allowing the toy to be seen. All materials can be preserved for storage, but can otherwise can be recycled.
