The three vibrations speeds, ripply texture and medium size, Lust is a fun and innovative partner toy, sensual teaser and is good for solo use. Tub, shower and other water fun is a great option for this waterproof and very quiet vibrator as well.

Not recommended for those who find texture overwhelming, it is a good option if you have already started to experiment with a variety of textures. The rigid design, velvety coating and medium girth can be a good start for those who are at an intermediate level or who love bumpy textures. Do NOT use this for anal sex, it has no base to prevent it from slipping in and needing professional removal aka--a trip to the ER.

The shape and rigidness of the Lust works very well for massages. The rounded tip can work out sore muscle knots while the ridges on the shaft is very effective when rolled against them. This would also work as a foot massager--rolling it gently with your foot while having it on low vibrations....bliss!!

Lust has a velvety, soft and smooth PU coating over the rigid Plastic vibrator. There is no give or squish to the coating, but it is soft and sensual when gliding over the skin. This does add to the sensuality and erotic stimulation and when paired with a dab of lube, it could be a fun sensual teaser.

The PU coating does add a bit of a light drag to the material. Drag is the amount of grip against your skin while sliding the bare, unlubed material over the skin. Lube does cut down on the drag a material has, and makes it glide easier while lessening the friction.

Plastic rates an 8 on the material safety scale due to its tendency to get scratches and blemishes in the plastic. Even though it is non-porous, it can still harbor harmful bacteria in the scratches unless properly cleaned.

The texture of the material is great for any level of user. The texture is geared more to those who are experimenting with textures or those who prefer texture. The ridges can cause some discomfort to those who prefer a smaller girth on their vibrators or dildos or who do not use a lot of texture.

Lust is a medium sized vibrator. Measuring 7 1/8" long, and being insertable to 6"--this has a varying diameter. There are 14 ridges that are 1 1/2" diameter and the grooves between the ridges are 1 1/8" diameter. Each ridge is 1/4" wide and the grooves are 1/8" wide. This texture is more mild than irregularly ridged or bumpy shafted items--but can still be overwhelming until you get used to the bumpy feel.

Once you are used to the ridged texture, you can experiment with the slow bumping or pop each ridge will allow you to experience or you can go with a rapid thrust. The different sensations from the various speeds is definitely an added bonus and the medium girth can leave you with a satisfying or full feeling.

This is a fun vibrator for using in the water. It is waterproof and I had no problem with submerging this one. Just make sure the base is on tight and the rubber o-ring is not bulged out. Traveling is fine as long as you remove the batteries and have a discreet area to hide this inside. It will be obvious that it is a vibrator if it is seen.

Unscrew the base, add 2 AA batteries and carefully replace it--making sure the rubber o-ring is securely in place. There is a paper insert in the battery compartment. Do not remove this since it pads the battery cylinder and acts as an anti-rattle protector. If it is removed, the batteries will vibrate loudly against the inside of the shaft and will raise the noise level by two bees! With the paper in place this is a quieter vibrator at only 2 bees.

The vibrations are The strongest at the tip area, tapering off closer to the base. On low, there is almost no vibrations at the base but on high--there is a noticeable amount of vibrations in the base. The push button on the bottom of the base will cycle you through the 3 speeds of vibration. There are no patterns or off button--you must go through the levels of vibration to turn off the vibration. The three levels are low, medium and high, and there is a significant difference between each level.

The vibrations are at a medium level of buzzy, but do have a light penetration. They are not as shallow as most buzzy vibrations.

Being waterproof, the Lust is easy to clean after use. Wash thoroughly with soap and water, than rinse well. I use a soft bristled toothbrush to get the dips between the ridges clean. Dry with a lint free cloth-or air dry if you prefer. The material does have a light lint grab. Go back over the material with a good quality toy cleaner or rubbing alcohol for added cleanliness and safety.

Store the Lust in the metal tin it arrives in, a toy pouch or with your other plastic vibrators. Since the vibrator has a PU coating, I keep it away from silicone, other coated vibrators and soft materials. It can leach colors from other vibrators and make the vibrator look very bad! This happened with my first pU coated vibrator and it looked absolutely awful.

You can use oil, silicone or water based lubes with this material. I would suggest silicone with tub/shower use and water otherwise. The silicone is not water soluble and the water based lube is very easily washed off.

Packaged in a nicely decorated tin with a plastic lid, Evolved Novelties has not lost its touch with its over the top, beautiful, storage option. You can gift this in the tin at an adult themed party or wait and give it to the person privately. It is still obviously an adult sex toy.
