The Body is a very appealing toy. It's velvety smooth and looks like a mans chest. Not just any man, but a man who works out. I think it's very sexy looking.

This vibrator can be used for vaginal penetration, clitoral stimulation, nipple stimulation, or all over body massage. I do not recommend using for anal penetration, because it doesn't have a flared base; plus this toy is wide at the tip and would not be very comfortable at all if used for anal penetration.

Women can enjoy this toy for vaginal or clitoral play, but it's best solo. Now, men or women, maybe even couples, can use this toy for all over body massage, either solo or together!

Upon opening the package, The Body had just a very faint smell of rubber, and it could only be detected if held to my nose. The smell went away completely after the first wash. I did not detect a taste at all.

The Body is made of Silicone. A very velvety feeling, safe material. It is hypo-allergenic, and latex free. It's also non-porous, and repels dirt and bacteria, making it easier to share this toy.

This toy is smooth and very pleasing to the touch. It does have a drag to it, so you will most definitely need lubricant. It's slightly flexible, but still firm, especially towards the bottom of the toy. There is a texture to this toy. There is little ridges here and there that stick up and appear to be a mans body. Since the ridges don't stick up very much, I couldn't feel the texture a whole lot, but for those of you who are more sensitive, you may feel the texture more than myself.

The Body, as already mentioned, looks like a mans body, from top of the chest, all the way down to lower waist. You can see pecks, abs, and all in between. I find it very appealing and sexy looking. It puts me in a sexy mood! It is fun to run a mans body (the toy) all over my own body!

The toy is very oddly shaped, being pretty wide at the very tip, therefore making it impossible for penetration for me. It's wide and slightly flattened at the tip. Then it gets a little bit skinner as it goes down, gets wide again, and then smaller again for the bottom of the toy. The picture on the product page, shows just how it's shaped.

It's also a large toy at 8 inches long! With an insertable length of 6.75 inches. It has a diameter of 1.5 inches! So it's very large. Keep that in mind when you purchase this product. It's either a great massager, or if you can take large toys, it will be good for you!

Since this toy is large, it is neither discreet nor travel friendly.

The Body just simply vibrates. No bells and whistles to this toy, just simple vibrations. There are multiple speed settings though. The vibrations can be felt up and down throughout the whole toy. I could not feel it stronger in one spot more than another. To turn on the toy, you simply twist the bottom of the base, the dial. Just stop twisting once it reaches the level of vibrations you prefer. Since this is such a long toy, I'm not sure how easy it would be to use the controls while in use. I was not able to use it for vaginal penetration though, so I cannot be sure. I did not find the vibrations to be powerful enough for clitoral stimulation. Also, as mentioned I could not use it for vaginal penetration, so it might be okay for that. Since the toy does not come to a point at the tip, it's not good, and not powerful enough for clitoral stimulation for me personally. If you need only light vibrations for clitoral play though, this should be fine for you.

This toy is not too loud. It's got a slight buzzy sound. Only slightly louder than a vibrating cell phone I would guess. Someone across the room might hear you using this toy, but they should not hear you through a closed door.

The Body is NOT waterproof. It is what they are calling splash-proof. Meaning it's water resistant, but it is not submersible or waterproof. The water just seems to run off easily and leave the toy very dry feeling right away. Do not submerse this toy in water though!

The product information page, says you can boil or put this toy in the dishwasher. Since there are working parts, and it's not waterproof, I do not recommend doing it this way. A toy cleaner is your best option, but washing it with soap and water should be fine too. I'm not sure if a strong soap will be too harsh for the silicone, but just keep in mind the silicone is a clean material that repels dirt and bacteria anyways, so you shouldn't need a harsh soap.

To store the toy, it comes with a nice little drawstring bag. It's a gray, silky feeling bag. It doesn't appear to be overly great quality, but so far I've had no issues with it.

This toy can only be used with water based lubricants. Silicone lubricants can harm the toy.

I just want to note, that this toy came with one lubricant sample of AQUAglide. It had a slight vinegary smell to it, only a slight bitter taste, and worked okay. It was silky smooth for a few minutes and then got sticky pretty quickly. I kept reapplying, but it still got sticky. It's not a lubricant I would purchase, but others may like it.

The Body vibrator did not work well for me. Since it was so wide at the tip, I could not use the toy for vaginal penetration. Even with the lubricant and much time, it just wouldn't work. It was not powerful enough for clitoral stimulation for me. It was however very appealing and nice for all over body massage. It wasn't a toy for me, but others may like it if they like larger toys. I like more of the simple traditional plastic vibrators.
