Apply downward pressure and pull away from your clit to feel the suction but don't pull too much or it loses suction. It does not work the greatest on your nipples though. This product needs more of a suction and it could be fantastic. For the price it's not bad, but I would recommend it for a beginner. A more serious, experienced toy user may be disappointed.

It is made of a harder jelly type material that does have a rather pleasant smell to it. I think if they designed this item with a tongue feature protruding from it and a larger set of lips, it may make it more enjoyable and may make more suction possible??
