Dial-a-dream # 61 - traditional vibrator discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Lioncub

The Dial-a-dream #61 by Doc Johnson is a ribbed vibrator. I feel this is a better suited toy for beginners, though some more advanced users may like it as well. It is not recommended for anal play as there is no flared base to keep it from getting lost. It is easy enough to be used anywhere by anyone.

The Dial-a-dream is a soft, flexible silcone-like product. I did not notice it having any taste or smell to it when taking it out of the package. There are 3 ribbed bulbs starting at the top of the vibrator. This texture is nice but after a few times of use it was not enough for me to really notice.

This vibrator has 4 bulbs and a handle on it, the top 3 are ringed and the bottom one is smooth. The top 3 bulbs get a small bit larger as you go down them. It's a gradual gain and does not increase the circumference very much.

The control panel for this toy is located on the side of the battery cap. It is a simple dial that increases the vibrations as you turn it. I found this to be an awkward place as I kept wanting to turn the base of the cap as that seems to be where most of them are located. I also found the dial to want to stick.

I found the best way to clean this toy was with a rag and mild soap or wipe. You have to take extreme care to get into all the ridges as they are a prime bacteria-growing area. I store mine in a plastic bag to keep the material from interacting with any of my other toys.
