The Dial-a-Dream #61 was our first "big" toy that we got, and we've been very pleased with it. This toy is great for foreplay (for both of you!) and is amazing when used for vaginal insertion. It's not the most powerful vibrator out there, however, so if you're looking for something with a lot of movement and resonance, you'll probably want to keep looking. But for the price, the Dial-a-Dream #61 is well worth checking out.

The Dial-a-Dream #61 can be used by both partners, especially for foreplay. It's great for stimulating the perineum on guys (especially if you're helping him along!). And for the women, the Dial-a-Dream #61 goes into the vagina smoothly and easily. The soft textured edges feel amazing, too.

The Dial-a-Dream #61 is made out of soft silicone and is smooth to the touch. It has only the very slightest hint of a smell to it, but it's so faint that you won't even notice it. The body is flexible and can bend a fair distance without harm. The ridges that cover over half of the Dial-a-Dream #61 are soft and smooth, enough to hit the right spots without feeling stiff.

Other than its ridges, one of the Dial-a-Dream #61's main physical characteristics is its bulges that get increasingly larger. Once you begin pushing this toy inside of you, you can feel its girth as it increases in size.

The Dial-a-Dream #61 is a decent size and, at 8 inches long, should satisfy many. The shaft is flexible, especially where ridged, and its smooth base makes gripping easy. The diameter maxes out at 1.5 inches, but if you feel you need more, a penis sleeve fits quite well over it.

On the downside, the color selection is quite small, limited to fuchsia and pink. The ridges, though comfortable and very pleasant-feeling, would perhaps be best if just a bit more prominent. Another small issue is the size of the dial - its somewhat small size makes changing the power a bit difficult, but not enough to be a hindrance.

The Dial-a-Dream #61 is controlled via a dial located at the base and has multiple speeds. However, it's a bit on the small side and can be especially difficult to turn if you have any lube on your fingers. I feel that it would also be more convenient and easy to use and control if the the dial was located at the tip of the base, rather than on the side as it is now.

The vibrations themselves are quite good, especially for the low price of the Dial-a-Dream #61. If you are more experienced with vibrators, however, you'll probably want to find something more powerful . . . but beginners and many intermediates will find that this toy packs enough punch for them.

Cleaning the Dial-a-Dream #61 is simple and easy, and can be done with just some warm water and soap. It works with any water-based lube and dries very quickly after cleaning.

The Dial-a-Dream #61 takes two AAA batteries, which are much easier to find than the annoying size N batteries that other toys require.
