This toy is great for both beginners and advanced users. The clamps are easily applied and the pressure can range anywhere from just enough to OMG, all by just sliding the mettle bead up or down. The chain for me is typically cold because of where I keep it stored. The metal is very smooth. There are no little niches that will grab your skin or scratch you. The rubber tips are well secured and do not come off so no worries that you might pull it out to play one day and be missing a tip. There is no smell to it. I like the design of this toy because it allows for so many different levels of pleasure. It takes two hands at first to put on. The clamps will fit most to all nipples.
