This deliciously stimulating little toy works great for nipples and can also be used on the clitoris, penis, or testicles quite nicely. The suction bulb and base are made of silicone which feels gorgeous and luxurious to the touch. It is firm, velvety and not porous inside and out. There is a slight odor that comes with all silicone products when first removed from the package, but it fades fairly quickly. The underside of the flat base has little-raised bumps that carry the vibrations across your skin. The removable vibrator is smooth hard plastic.

This little sucker is so easy to use. Just lay flat against your skin with your nipple or clitoris inside the bulb and squeeze the bulb to activate suction. The toy arrived in a discreet cardboard box; there was no external labeling on the package to indicate to nosey neighbors what was inside. There was protective packaging inside the box. The toy itself was in a heat sealed clear plastic bag.

The sucker does look a little comical on, and while definitely effective it's not the sexiest of bedroom accessories.
