It comes with instructions and picture suggestions on how to use the toy. The Multifun has a quality feel to it with a decent weight and has a smooth feel to the toy. It is neat how you can rotate the toy's head and shaft in different directions and the vibrations can be on or off independently on either end of the toy. That makes the number of uses for this toy almost limitless. Satisfyer says at least 29+ uses, and they include a picture instruction showing all the possibilities.

I used this one solo first and tried the toy on all my erogenous zones. I used the rotating head on my nipples, and the head of my penis and that felt great.
