Use

Oh, Ophoria Bliss #7, I wish you were better for me.

This vibrator does run on the larger end of the scale and can be more difficult for those who are smaller or for beginners. However, if you are of these two groups and are still vying for the Ophoria Bliss #7, it does provide excellent clitoral stimulation, so I highly recommend keeping it on your list, even if only for that purpose.

Material / Texture

My favorite part about this toy is the material. A silky non-porous silicone covers the shaft and power button, while the base is plastic. There are several beautiful decorative details which line this toy and lend to its experience. At the top, two sets of distinct ridges peel back, creating the illusion of a tulip. The other nice decorative detail is the floral design indentations which wrap themselves around the Ophoria Bliss #7 in a delightful manner that strikes the right balance between too much and too little. While these design details are wonderful to look at, and do create a nice visual for those who enjoy their toys on a less realistic basis, it is worth mentioning that for the most part, these are subtle enough that you'll likely not feel them unless you are running your fingertips over it. These indentations can be a little tricky to clean out as well.

The shaft itself is rigid with a little bit of squish to it. Where the head meets the shaft is about the only place you'll find a lot of flexibility in the Ophoria, and it gives about 45 degrees in any direction, although you'll hear some quiet but audible popping at this point.

Design / Shape / Size

This toy is large. This toy is bulbous. If you're not a fan of these two factors, this toy will not be an insertable friend of yours, but I still believe that the 5 settings it provides could give you some other great stimulation.

Because of its large size, this is not an easy to hide toy. It is tasteful, however, so if you leave it hanging around on accident you likely won't feel embarrassed by it. If it's not easy to hide, it's probably not easy to travel with. You'd likely need a beach tote in order to carry this and still have room for everything else you'd planned on carrying. This is by no means a discreet vibrator.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The power button is easily locatable. You can find it just on the bottom of the vibrator (on the base). It sets itself apart even further by being made of the same silicone as the vibe, where the surrounding material of the base is plastic so that you can feel the power button just by feeling the difference in material.

The power button functions as both "power" and as a transition button through the 5 modes available on the toy. In order to change the power to either "on" or "off", long press the power button. To switch to a different setting, simply press the button more quickly. If you've accidentally switched modes, you'll have to cycle through all the modes to get back to the one you liked. There is 1 of the 5 settings that I would classify as pretty quiet, the others are little noisy, specifically as the settings change pulsation or increase in frequency.

This toy is splash proof so it can be cleaned under the faucet, and I encountered no problems in doing do. It is not intended to be waterproof, so submerging it water is not recommended.

The Ophoria calls for 2 AA batteries which fit very snugly into the base.

Care and Maintenance

This toy can be washed soap and water or toy cleaner.

Silicone toys do not play well together, so keep your stored somehow to prevent toy mishaps. Along with watching out for toy compatibility, be cautious to use this toy with water-based lubricants only, as silicone lubricants can mess with silicone toys. In general, silicone does not play well with other silicone.

Thanks for reviewing... Does the bulbous end allow for any g-spot stimulation at all?

Voenne, I am too small framed and had a difficult time (even with lubricants), however other reviewers of this toy seem to have had success

So you were not able to use this internally at all? I guess it is high enough quality that it should last until you might want to use if for that later. Thanks for the review.

Jimbo Jones, I was able to use this somewhat internally, but not comfortably, and not far enough for g-spot stimulation. With the head as pronounced as it is, this is a nice fit for those who like fisting.
