The Stellar Just Isn't That Stellar

When I found out I would be reviewing the Stellar Vibe G-spot Orbit I was excited. It looked cute and like it had some nice texture. It looked easy to use and clean. I was sadly disappointed. The vibrations were really weak and buzzy. The shaft is very soft and flexible, not to mention the head was so big I had to use another toy to warm up with and a generous amount of lube to be able to insert it. The head is so big I would not recommend it for beginners. This toy would be best for someone who can handle a larger head but does not need really strong vibrations. I would also not recommend it for anal use because it does not have a flared base. On the plus side it is very quiet. It also has those nice bumps on the head.

The orbit is made of TPR. TPR is hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalates free material with a safety rating of 7. TPR has a slight drag so you may or may not need to use a lubricant. It is a very soft and flexible toy. It has no noticeable taste. It has a slight rubbery smell, but it's not too bad and washes away after about 2-3 washes.

The orbit has a bulbous bumpy textured head that tapers down to a thinner smooth shaft with a textured twist control. The head is 1 1/2 inches in diameter which tapers down to the shaft that is ¾ of an inch in diameter. It then flares out slightly to the control dial.

The Stellar G-spot vibe has a twist dial control and is powered by two AAA batteries. The dial control is also where the batteries are inserted. It has three vibration speeds: low, slightly higher and the high which is more of a low medium. The vibrations are felt mostly in the head, although when it is inserted they are kind of hard to feel. You can feel almost no vibrations in the shaft or the base which is pretty cool because you don’t get itchy fingers. It is also very quiet. You are not able to hear it with the door closed and barely under the covers.

TPR is semi-porous material. It should be kept separate from other toys. It is not boilable nor is it dishwasher safe. All you need to use is warm water and soap or toy cleaner. You can use a silicone or water based lubricant. If you are going to share this toy please make sure you use a condom. It is relatively easy to store. I do not recommend letting it touch other toys so you can use a plastic baggy or a toy pouch.

The Stellar Vibe G-spot Orbit comes in a clear pop open package with a paper insert Describing what the toy is made of and that it is water-proof. It also comes with instructions for use. It is not discreet at all but it is good for storage, if you have the room.

I think this toy has a lot of potential if only they would make the head smaller, the vibrations more powerful, and the shaft just a little bit stiffer. If these issues were changed I think the Stellar Vibe G-spot Orbit would be an absolutely amazing toy.

I was very disappointed with the toy. It was hard to insert and it was hard to thrust because the shaft was way too flexible. I tried stimulating my clitoris and the vibration just weren’t powerful enough to do anything other than get me a little wet. When I was finally able to insert it I could not reach a climax even with a bullet vibe on my clitoris. When inserted you can actually feel the vibrations more on the base than you can on the head. Later on I tried it in the shower to see if it was any easier to insert and no such luck. It did feel better on my clitoris in the shower. I was able to press the head harder to make up for the "limp" shaft, and it was pleasurable especially those wonderful little bumps on the head. Thankfully I was able to have a mini orgasm that way, but still not what I was hoping for with this toy.
