Joyballs
These little red balls that look like cherries, can be a simple and easy way to help increase your sexual pleasure. They are an awesome size and can be used anywhere you go. I think they would be perfect for beginners!
Pros
material, quiet, size
Cons
weights don't move alot

I am on the fence about these, as I don't have a lot of experience with balls of this type. I haven't had these long enough to know if they do indeed work as intended. If you are like me and looking for something to stimulate you internally and help you noticeably work those kegel muscles, you should try something else. If you just want something to be able to clench your muscles around that is body safe and not too big, these may be what you are looking for.
Pros
Body safe material, beautiful red color, came with a nice storage bag.
Cons
Silicone doesn't cover entire string, inner balls not felt easily, feels too easy to keep them in.

I would recommend this product to anyone, as it's very comfortable for daily wear. The vibration intensity was a little disappointing, as you would only feel it with a lot of body movement. It was excellent for training the vaginal muscles, which in the end made for more intense pleasure with my partner. I was able to wear these no matter what I was doing, and no one knew why I had a smile on my face!
Pros
Great for strengthening PC muscles, comfortable and soft, good for everyday use.
Cons
Dust & other particles stick to the surface of toy. Vibrations are weak.

Glass Ben Wa Balls
Like I stated above, I'd definitely try it again, but this time I'll be working my way up, rather than just going in for the gusto!
Pros
How gorgeous the design inside the balls were!
Cons
No instructions on exactly what to do, which is a major reason I dived in!

Personally, I will pass on using these again in favor of decorating with them. Sad, yes but they are just too small for me to believe they really helped me exercise my vaginal muscles!
Pros
These are beautiful, easy to clean and come with their own storage box.
Cons
They are so small and really need some kind of holder or string to make getting them out easier.

The Glass Ben Wa Balls are great is you want to work your PC muscles actively. You will not have any pleasure if you let them sit there. They are beautiful to look at and in a very body-safe material. It's a keeper for me.
Pros
Effective exerciser. Artistic. Glass.
Cons
No vibration. No strings.

I'm very disappointed in these ben wa balls. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I gave them a two star rating because they do have a few pros, but not where it really counts.
Pros
Non-porous & phthalates-free, easy to clean, convenient storage box.
Cons
Too small, doesn't strengthen muscles, a bit difficult to remove.

Ophoria K-balls #10
Mind altering-ly awesome-er-tasticly amazing. Blissful. Euphoric. Better orgasms and sex. Tighter pelvic muscles. Quite and discreet. Pretty and functional. Body safe and easy to clean. What are you waiting for? Get yourself a pair!
Pros
Stronger pelvic floor muscles, stronger orgasms, incredible sensation
Cons
Might be too big for some

The Ophoria K Balls are a smooth, easy to care for set of vaginal balls. They're very firm, providing a good base for squeezing against, and have strong shakers that add a nice bit of spice to every step you take while wearing them. The firm nature of the toy does make it hard for it to fit all anatomies, however.
Pros
Silicone, pronounced vibration from shakers, easy to clean, smooth.
Cons
Size may not work for all anatomies.

The silicone K-balls are versatile enough to help with work and play. Not only cute and feminine, they provided me with pleasurable G-spot stimulation. They're great for kegel exercises and raising awareness of the body, too!
Pros
Pleasurable, made from high quality silicone, coated removal cord, easy to use and clean, versatile.
Cons
Lack of information with product, no storage pouch.

Pink pleasure balls
Interesting, but painful if not properly executed. I like them as vaginal exercisers but not pleasure balls. Overall they were a little disappointing.
Pros
Low cost, interesting texture, good size and weight.
Cons
Hard to insert/remove.

This product wasn't as exiting as we thought it would be specially because it can be uncomfortable for the woman with tight vagina. It was interesting to use it but this balls aren't meant for amateurs or beginners, I would recommend to try a more smooth balls.
Pros
Very stimulating
They have small marbles inside that enhance the sensations
good size
Cons
retrieval cord could be thicker
texture too spiky

For me, the pink pleasure balls failed to do anything they were supposed to do. I recommend only using these if you REALLY like a lot of raised, noticeable texture.
Pros
Low cost, highly textured if you like raised texture.
Cons
Painful if texture isn't your thing, hard to remove.

These are just not worth the trouble at all. They're too prickly and not worth the money, the time, or the effort.
Pros
none
Cons
too prickly, uncomfortable

I don't recommend these for beginners like myself, and the retrieval cord needs to be much stronger to prevent ‘losing’ the balls inside.
Pros
Inexpensive, spikes are firm but not too hard.
Cons
Retrieval broke off of both balls, very difficult to remove without this, holes allow fluid entry.

Royal balls
I say save your money and buy a better pair. This item was boring compared to the more higher up vaginal balls. Although if your just starting with vaginal balls, you may want to try them if your worried about size and weight issues.
Pros
Great for beginners, good price.
Cons
Balls not heavy enough, no stimulation.

They are 1 1/2” by 4 ½”, they rattle smoothly, have a nice mild stimulation, and are connected for easy removal. The balls are not loose like more traditional Ben Wa balls, less manipulation options. These take some getting used to, not for all day use at the start.
Pros
Big, smoothly, nice stimulation, easy removal.
Cons
These take some getting used to, not for all day use at the start.

Not worth it. You should not have to alter toys radically to make them work. I really liked her show, but I did not like these Royal Balls. They are a Royal Pain in my okole!
Pros
No phthalates. Weighted for building up those PC muscles!
Cons
They're awfully long together, and they are a bit chunky, and non rotating.

A beginner's kegel exerciser, for those not overly concerned about toy materials. As an endorsed product maybe expectations were higher for the quality. No runs, no hits, no errors.
Pros
Inexpensive, relatively safe. Better than many.
Cons
String molded into the TPR Silicone. Slight concerns about the material.

As solo sex toy, I liked them because I felt full when I used these with my clit vibrator without the distraction of managing a dildo. When I wore them at work, they definitely added a little spring in my step.

CyberSilicone hot & heavy pleasure spheres
These blue balls are great for exciting Kegel exercises or with some clit action, endless hours of vibration sensation stimulation! A wonderful addition to any ones collection.
Pros
Wonderful vibrations and it's great to wear them out and about. I love running errands now!
Cons
A tiny bit noisy inside if you're moving around too much.

These comfortable and functional vaginal balls add a great sensation to solo play with a clitoral vibe, as well as encouraging active exercise of the PC muscles. Appropriate for long-term wear, leave these in while you go about your daily activities (or try them at the gym!) for constant, subtle awareness of your sensuality all day long.
Pros
Seamless, comfortable for long-term wear.
Cons
TPR silicone, material potentially weak at the string.
The first time I tried them out, I slipped them in and prepared to carry on with my daily activities. I found the subtle vibrations of the interior balls to be very distracting, however, and it wasn't long before I found myself masturbating vigorously with the balls still inside me and a vibe on my clit.

Silver Pearls
The Silver Pearls from Cal Exotics are a prime example of "you get what you pay for". These were cheap, disappointing, and overall, useless for me.
Pros
Phthalates-free.
Cons
Lighter than standard Ben Wa Balls, cheap clam shell casing, surface of pearls is easily scratched.

Tera Patrick's leopard duotone balls
The Tera Patrick name will not lie to you. The toy is really good quality. But if you know what you are looking for in duotone balls or any type of kegel exercisers you could probably pass on these and find something better.
Pros
Well weighted and properly sized. Easy to keep track of with the nylon cord.
Cons
Quite noisy for being a small toy without and powered vibration. Not good for public use.
The Tera Patrick's leopard duotone balls have a cute leopard pattern, and are small enough to travel with, yet hefty enough to give you a full feeling. They are easy to use, which is great for a beginner. The balls are fun to walk around with, and the idea that nobody else has to know about them is always fun, since you can wear them wherever you please!
Pros
They are easily inserted and cleaned, and they are small enough to bring along wherever you may go!
Cons
You probably won't achieve an orgasm with these alone.

These duotone balls are great for working the PC muscles and giving you a naughty feeling as you walk around in them. They can be a little noisy and slightly messy and will probably not bring you to orgasm without a little help.
Pros
They are comfortable enough to wear them anywhere and anytime.
Cons
These are a bit noisy in a quiet room. The cord is not coated, so it gets messy.

Blowfish love balls
Blowfish? I mean, these things are poisonous and pokey – not my idea of a great sex toy... Doing Kegel exercises with these in though, was really intense and super cool...it's definitely worth trying out for kicks, or a new experience.
