I would not suggest these for a beginner. There's no instructions on how to use them or remove them! Everyone's body is different; these might be good for someone with PC muscle and/or incontinence issues, but for me it was a waste of money, because they were not heavy enough.

I can see my future...and it's underwhelming.

If you're looking for some cute glass starter balls then these are for you! They're well made and have a nice tin to store them. If you actually intend to use them regularly though beware that you just might outgrow them quickly. Worth the money for occasional use but go for the Luna beads if you want to use them all the time. These earn a disappointing "meh" from me.

Not For Everyone

These Ben Wa Balls are supposed to bring you to orgasm and help you with your kegal exercises. This was not the case for me. I inserted them and I felt absolutely nothing. They didn't give me any sexual satisfaction and I had no problems keeping them in so they weren't helping me with my Kegal exercises. These are just a big hassle to get out and not really worth it.

I think you will need to experiment with them to figure out what you want to use them for. I didn't like the slight weight to the toy. The weight is good once in my hand, but I didn't notice the weight once inside. However, I've been doing kegels without the use of eggs for some years now, so this maybe a factor. It might work great for someone who is new to kegels. I love the shape, design, and coloring of the eggs. They are a bit small for what I was expecting.

Good(ish) Beginner Pair

These kegel balls are a great beginner set in a cute print. They have a nice weight without having to constantly flex to keep them in place. The two balls have solid inner balls connected by a string for easy removal. Overall not a bad product. The price is also pretty awesome.

If you're going inside my vagina, you dang well better know how to rumble!

While these are a great size for those of us with narrow downstairs, they simply don't seem to make me work my PC muscles, and sadly, provide zero rumble or clang. I hardly ever know they're inside me unless I jump or move vigorously like during a workout. I think I'm more satisfied with the Mini Luna Beads as they do make me work my PC muscles. They're pretty, but un-entertaining.

While I didn't have a perfect experience with this set of Ben wa Balls, I think they are a good option for someone looking for a slightly larger size ball that can be worn for extended periods of time.
